There are A LOT of passive skills in this game, I hope I didn't miss any. Let me know if you think I made any big mistakes in my tiering, I always like to hear other player perspectives.

Counter-attack for vanguard is not D-tier worthy. I would also say that for Tristan in particular, he is the vanguard that uses this the most out of any of vanguards because he basis gameplay style on the idea that he gets hit, takes vitality damage, then uses his blood sucker move to regain back hp. Counter-attack skill is what allows Tristan to gain value out of his 4 AP attack. The other assassins will still use counter-attack but there is trade off with other ones because your losing hp for using it but you can mitigate the drawback if your assassins wear hp recovery gear. I think its C-B tier skill.
You have a lot of endgame content videos, I saw that when you review a class, you say on each individual hero what skills would be worth it on the start of the game, but you do an early/mid game video ? I've read that after level 14 or so the game becomes much easier on very hard, so the hardest part is the beginning. The basic idea of the video would be how to build your heroes at start, how to beat some early hard missions etc. Btw, include very hard in the description of the video, so for example: Early game on very hard etc. I think it will much easier for more people to find it.
I have some videos that cover part of this. I have leveling/skill priority videos where I talk about which skills I pick up first as I'm leveling the hero because I think these skills are most important to get as soon as possible. My Let's Play also kinda doubles as a guide as well, it's on Very Hard and how I'm playing is probably my best recommendation for others on how to clear the early game as easily as possible as I haven't had anyone die yet and have very low hospice time.

I'd say it's a skill that I usually pick up, but usually later in the game or when I need to spend points to unlock the next tier and have what I want in what's currently accessible. It's good, but not high priority. Based off that I'd say like really high B tier.
