    Glad you're a mechanic and not me lol. Spark plug access through the wheel arch? Just watched your cherry picker improvement video. Eyeballed the engine, that's if it the same one. Now I can see the problem. I always thought spark plugs were situated on the top side of an engine for easier access and well away from all the water spray etc. Cheers Tony

      Not the same rig, I've got four of them. Plugs ain't been where you can reach them since Eisenhower was president. Don't really have to be easy to get to. Modern rigs have a short design life and the life of stuff like plugs is greater than that.

    Had a similar problem with #5 on our mid 90s Chevy Astro with the 4.3

    I believe this is the only way.. I also own a 4.3
