    Very glad to hear you guys are concerned for science communication. There are a lot of us out here concerned for good health rather than optimal athletic performance.

    Great questions. It would be interesting to see more research on slow-twitch mitochondria content from SIT, but it appears that may be the 1 thing that it can't replace from continuous moderately easy exercise.

    I'm wondering if the continual glucose monitors (linked to computer analysis) could be a way to get personalised profiles of the effect of exercise. I think of this as the equivalent of Tim Spector looking at the gut microbiome.
