Se a sua pergunta se refere à primeira nota do primeiro compasso da mão direita, então essa nota é G.
A nota mais alta no primeiro compasso da mão esquerda também é G. Hoje em dia, escrevo nomes de notas para notas um pouco mais altas ou mais baixas, mas como este vídeo foi carregado há muito tempo, não anotei os nomes das notas. 😀 Usei o Google Translator, mas espero que isso forneça uma resposta adequada à sua pergunta. 😀
