How to fix Dodge Grand Caravan windsheild washer sprayers

The old family van stop spraying washer fluid on the drivers side. I tackle the problem and fix the issue.

in changing the washer sprayer; don't cut off the rubber "ell" until you've tried twisting and pulling out the broken piece. this will allow you to simply push the "ell" onto the new sprayer.

Just fixed the identical problem on my Grand Caravan yesterday. I highly recommend viewers don't cut the line (4:25ff) but that you keep the L-shaped gasket in place and do whatever you can to remove broken nozzle parts. Then all you have to do is replace the nozzle and slide the gasket back on...much easier and better fix. (I worked broken nozzle piece out with a small screwdriver and then flushed the line to remove any tiny bits.)

The heat of the engine will make your plastic parts brittle and break. That's why it fell apart.

That seems to be common on Chrysler washer fluid sprayers, I’ve had PT ones do the same.

Should have just run the replacement tubing from the passenger side nozzle to the driver side nozzle. No need for connectors nor the awkward curvature where you spliced the tubes so close to the replacement nozzle.

I have an 06 Town and country wipers work but washers don't at either end. No power at pump has single pump in tank. Changed multifunction switch and tested wires from fuse box to pump . Fuse is good . No power at plug in connector either ?

Very Poor Sound quality! Should not have cut the tubbing. Just needed to extract the washer nozzle hose barb from the elbow. Was the tubing crimped after closing the hood???
