  • This video will show you how to fix your windshield sprayer nozzle if it is no longer spraying. This video also shows you how to replace the entire nozzle if broken or damaged. I am specifically working on a 2010 dodge charger and bought the nozzles on eBay for $24 total.

    I had the same issue. Was told at the shop I needed to replace the nozzles. Well, I decided to check myself and the hose was loose. Attached it and the issue was resolved!

    2012 Dodge Ram, it worked. Thx for the video. The factory plastic Nozzels apparently become brittle and break around 5 years old. the passenger side of my mine wasn't working at all, and the driver side was about 10% of the normal pressure. The passenger side base, inside the hood, broke off inside the 90° rubber joint that connected to the washer fluid line, dangling... fluid was being pusehed through the hose, but it was going stright out... so the inside hood liner was soaked on the passenger side. They were so brittle from being weathered in 5 years that both nozzels broke into pieces and fell inside the hood shell when I tried to remove them. oh well, but now it's working perfect with replacement nozels.

      My 2012 Ram 1500 just started this issue. Which nozzles did you purchase?.. I figured it out and it worked great.

      How did you get that broken piece out?? The bottom of the he nozzle broke off down inside of the hose where it connects. Do you know how to get that out?? I can't get it out...

    • @bryintn
      @bryintn 5 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@loricookjohnson5033 If you are talking about the plastic in the hose all I did was crunch it up and use a flat head screw driver to scrape it out. Then hit the sprayer to wash out the debris before you push in the new one.

    Thank you so much from Vancouver, Canada too! Your 'How-
    to-video' is just what I needed. I have a black 2010 Charger SRT8 which lost a small part of the driver's side nozzle. Was told by Lordco & others that the part was only available through the dealership. Cost was about $40 Cdn total for just one, made in Mexico & shipped via Toronto. I will install it this weekend thanks to you!
    By the way, where did you pick up your steering wheel? Or was it stock?
    Also have you had any problems with condensation in your headlights? My seals must be gone but I've been holding off replacing them due to $$. Last year my mechanic ordered the wrong ones that didn't fit. Any other new, cool headlights that you've considered for your Charger? Any suggestions or info appreciated.

    Hey Bryan Keller. If you don't mind me asking, were did you get the rubber T (yellow) from? I'm having a hard time finding one. My 2012 Dodge Charger came with a Y rubber spliter and it seems that the washer nozzle is at an angle, not straight up and down. Can you help me out?
