Hello everyone! You have been asking for it and I am going to give it to you! I am going to share all of the nitty gritty details about my DTF Printer. I am sure that I am not doing everything that I am supposed to do; but I am maintaining the printer in a way that works best for me!

Dalonda- thank you so so much. I finally figured out what was wrong with mine. The tube was stopped up at the box that holds the white ink on top of the print head. I had to take a needed to it to clear the blockage. It came that way… 🤦🏽♀️ I truly appreciate your videos. They have been so helpful.

I hear ya! Like I mentioned a few times, I don't do all of this stuff every time. I demonstrated how to troubleshoot and do maintenance as needed.

Hi! I made the decision to purchase this printer and so far it’s pretty awesome!
However, I’m having a challenge with my white ink outlining my image/letters.
Customer service is up and down and there isn’t a designated group via social media to ask your DSV DTF Printer questions.
Hope this reaches who it needs to reach 😅

Hello I have the same machine in the instructions of the video of install software and parameters at the 00.52 it will instruct you how make an exception for the program to run without the security overriding it there is no sound and you have to pay close attention but it's there, I felt the same as you, have a good day!!😊

My breaker switch off when i had only 16x20 heat press and a 24 in tv on in the room. I am not an electrician. I would love to see how people set up with all their machines. Thank you
I struggle with that because I have so many machines and heat presses. I actually have more than 10 heat presses and if I turn on more than one at a time, my electricity with power off in my craft room. I am in the process of upgrading and I will keep you posted on that.
I had a second breaker panel and 6 sockets installed just for my business. The heat presses pulls a lot of amps.

This reminded me of why I got out of DTF. The maintenance is nuts. The Chinese printers are the best though.

I only have a Lenovo. The brand doesn't matter. Just make sure you are using a Window based operating system.

First let me say, i love your videos they are so detailed. Can you do a video creating a design and transferring to rip using white...when I create a design that uses white after pressing it is almost transparent. I have wasted almost an entire ink bottle trying to print white letters, for a black hoodie for my daughter. Thank you

If you print multiple transfers during one sitting would you do a print head cleaning and nozzle check with each print or just at the start of your project of printing multiple items.
I just got this same printer. Mine has the roll. Can you walk me through getting my colors right and it to print right? I’d sure appreciate ya! I’m having a time with it lol
Hi there, I had to contact the company and have them walk me through it and I still call them as needed. All of their contact info is on the Amazon page where you placed your order. They are very helpful and they will connect to your computer.
I you give a lot of great information! I do have one question though. I own this printer and am having trouble drawing ink through the waste tank. I did not use it for a couple of weeks, and I think the waste tank line is clogged. Any suggestions? Thank you
I am honestly in the same boat. I haven't used mine in months and I actually had to order a new print head 😭😭

What's the best printing technology to print face or picture of persons onto a T-shirt?
So thankful for these DTF videos! You have gotten me through some bumps along the way with my DTF journey. Especially with the time zone difference for customer service. So again thank you 🙏. Do you know if you can change the measurement settings for the grid on the rip software ? Instead of mm it would be so much easier for me to use inches 🤭.
By the way you are the reason I decided to go with this Brand of printer (I got the blue one). I was going with pro-colored at first but instead decided to go with DSV. ❤

Yes, you can change the settings by clicking file, unit, and change it there.

Hi Delonda, thanks for the video. Becareful leaving the back button on. I did that and I had to replace my white ink circulating pump after a few months because it failed and kept pumping white ink all over my desk. Granted I have a printer from a different manufacturer.

I'm so sorry I'm just seeing this. I haven't purchased more ink yet, but when I do it will be their DSV brand.

Great video. I’m thinking about getting this printer but I would use it about six months out of the year. How could one handle the required maintenance if you’re out of town for several days or weeks.
I have the clamp heat press. Can you please provide more details about the curing stage? and no I dont need to know "How does it do in the wash" (squinty voice)😂🤣

During the curing, I just let the image sit under the heat until the powder is melted.

Hey ma'am, which do you prefer, the dtf of the sublimation/ dtf hack???
Oh, that's tough! If you don't have a DTF printer, the hack is fine. The only thing with the hack is that you won't have any white ink in the image. Also, it is hard to achieve good results with dark fabric.

I feel like I actually started selling shirts using DTF, it would be cheaper after the initial investment than buying DTF prints, waiting on shipping etc. Depending on where you buy them, it can cost about $15 a print.
Exactly!! If you are into sales, you don't have to pay someone for transfers.
Can a you use 13" paper with this printer or even add a roll feeder to it
You can use 13 inch paper; but you cannot add a roll feeder as far as I know.

Delonda! Can you show me a design that has a light color in it and a dark and show me the results compared to actual? im having a hard time with colors! If there's a dark orange and a light orange only one color comes out right! if I change settings to fix it it fixes one but not the other. Im going insane. Also what ink and pet film you use as well as if there are any icc profiles for them? thank you so much!

Your printer ink is UV ink or textile ink?
Great question...it is the DTF ink that came with the printer.
I bought one, but I’m having problems trying to use the program. Mine called Atusums Rip. Is yours the same?
My software has a different name. You can contact them. Their contact info is on Amazon where you made your purchase. They have a whatsapp number and an email address.

I think the only way to do that is to put the two images together in a different program.
I have this printer has been a nightmare since I owned it. I don’t like that u can’t actually create custom images on the dtg rip program
Oh no! I'm sorry you feel that way. Think about this way, there really isn't a printer that has software that allows you to create images (except Sawgrass) to my knowledge. I have 4 other printers and I don't create images in the printer software. I usually create in Canva or download images from Creative Fabrica.

My suggestion is to get the biggest one you can afford. 15 x 15 is perfect in my opinion.

You can use the computer for other things, I just don't. You just can't use a Mac.

Only if you have a small business and you will use it every single day. Otherwise, I recommend purchasing DTF transfers.

I just purchased this printer. Now going in two weeks and still doesn’t work. Rep claims motherboard was damaged during shipping. Then sent me another one. 2 nd one doesn’t work. Im waiting for a third one. Hope it works because I know it’s going to be a problem to return. Total was $4,000. Im in tears every night not being able to use this printer. Waiting for 3rd motherboard 😢

You mean computer? You don't have to have a dedicated computer, that's just what I chose to do since I had to turn off the security.

Oh no! Mine is a sheet feeder, I don't have one with a roller. I contact them through whatsapp and the information is on their Amazon page.

I have this same machine and my white does not show up white on my dark shirts. I have used the black powder they suggested and that was a bad idea because it made it look grey. Whatever color shirt i am using it will come out that color. Such as, red will make it look pink and a purple shirt will make it look lavender. I have my white turned up to 100% and the colors are on 80 like they told me but nothing is working. Can you help or do you have an answer for me...Pleeeeeeeease!!!
Same thing was happened with my mashine,I have been contacting through What’s App and they gave me some advice,but it doesn’t work,after then they do by themselves through “any desk”and now it’s working pretty good,I’m very thankful to customer service.

You can also do your own DTF with your inkjet printer and the powder which is ideal for personal use
@@pennymathews6818 you would need a sublimation printer for the DTF to be permanent, ink jet comes off in the washer
