Ok, as someone who is a picky eater, this is actually so good! Whenever I cooked it, I got a little worried by the look, but after eating it, I feel like a changed guy 😂 Its a perfect way to get protein in your body AND not waste the broth!
I recommend stove top ramen. Add about 1/2 to 3/4 cup of water to a pan and the ramen noodles, high heat. About it cooks for about 3.5 minutes, flip the noodles and and a bunch of eggs, chili oil and the seasoning packets to your liking (along with any veggies) the noodles after a minute or so can be separated, but the eggs you added make a sort of omelette that covers the noodles and all the aforementioned ingredients. Or, just continue to stir and the eggs will add creamy yolky consistency to each bite
There is not just a microwave cooking time, but also cooking directions for this particular one. Edit: I'd like to add it depends on what instant ramen cup you use. Some are microwave safe and have printed directions for that, some aren't. I suggest reading the label.

Seafood steamed eggs are apparently incredible, but the smell of seafood it released into my house will take generations to go away lmao

Honestly it is good, but I do think the texture leaves a little to be desired and I personally think that just making any normal egg in a pan would be a more tasty use of 2 eggs

Honey not me over her not even owning any ramen but making chicken broth with a few frozen veggies in the microwave then adding eggs and microwaving again. Then I added a little Sriracha and omg I love it. And I'm one of those dumb people that are disgusted when folks use a microwave to cook food. I always felt microwaves were ONLY for reheating only a few certain foods thay cannot be done on stove top or, thawing meat. I almost never use my microwave. Now I have to make this but on the stove top.
