    You write the book on great advice. Literally, think: "The Bad Lie". The repository for golden nugget advice for senior golfers. Bravo from 67 in Michigan.

    It's good to see that you have evolved from a sales pitch to straight lessons and good lessons at that. From SW Florida where true Floridians play at 94 plus degrees. 😅

    Okay, so everyone says this is for seniors. I am 5'6, and way under 150 lb. I cannot generate the kind of power my friends do. Seriously considering going to all hybrid clubs just so I can keep up with them and this really helps. Trying out two of them now and I'm excited to get it right. Love the advice.

    I watch your videos faithfully. They have really improved my game. I've gone from shooting in the low 90's to low to high 80's. I now use the Maxvert driver and 18 degree hybrid, which have have also helped to improve my game. I have been using a full set of hybrids, from lob wedge through 18 degree. I would like to see a video or comment on the proper setup and swing for the higher lofted hybrids. I have been hitting them much like an iron, with pretty good success, but I'm not sure, since no one really does videos on high lofted hybrids. Thanks, I'm an experienced golfer from Vero Beach, FL., Lan

    Kind of a late reply but I hope you answer still. Do you keep that same ball position for all hybrids, even like a 7,8, or 9 hybrid that have much shorter shafts than your 19* hybrid?

    • @USGOLFTVshow
      @USGOLFTVshow  3 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Good question, yes you can keep the same ball position for all hybrids. We do cover this in our book The Bad Lie which you can find on Amazon here www.badliegolfbook.com/

    I don’t have a high finish or high, long backswing. Does that mean I can’t hit a hybrid

  • @thehaughtcorner
    @thehaughtcorner 8 หลายเดือนก่อน +5

    High finish has no effect on ball flight. The ball is long gone by then.

    • @billbanta7189
      @billbanta7189 3 หลายเดือนก่อน

      True, but the finish position is a good indication of the path that proceeded it. Golf like all ‘ball’ sports involve a few key basics like keeping your eye on the ball/target and following through. The follow though is an extension of the hit/stroke.
