I don't know what's gotten into me, but i held that specific person in my mind and i can't stop giggling and laughing like crazy. Is this how this meditation supposed to work 😂
Yes that definitely can feel like one of the most challenging aspects of this practice - it can be a real struggle initially but you may notice this shift over time.
Feels like pouring love into a bottomless empty cup.... it is really hard... and in some sense pointless But I dont doubt the benefits for myself of being able to be generous
