    This is my favorite meditation of all I have tried on TH-cam. If there is a way to do a 30 minute one, I would so welcome that. Sometimes I need more time to settle into my meditation and I would love that to be one of your’s. 🙏

    I feel how much more I would love to be in my body. I only feel the beginning of it at this point in my life as I learn to accept myself and all that is around me... Tears are flowing from my eyes and that feels lovely.

    Sounding of the bell should not be so aggressive. Perhaps a lighter touch so not to startle the meditator. Love this and the quite time in between. Namaste.

    Pienso en otras personas también! Y hablo con ellos! Son muy importantes para mí también! Y sé que me quieren muchísimo y para ellos! En una meditación. Miles de pensamientos , sentiiiidos! Todos son importantes. No entiendo muy bien el sentido de ésto! Sé que hubo muchas muertes! Y ví muchas personas "que yo no pensaba" llorar desesperadamente con muchísimo dolor como a mí me habrán pasado también con otras personas! Y eso "me dolió".
