Watching skillful people do what they do best alone is cool but to work as a team and make a finished product from what they started with is amazing and much respect to everyone involved!
Buona vita
Watching skilled individuals excel in their craft is impressive, but witnessing a team come together to transform raw materials into a finished masterpiece is truly awe-inspiring. Much respect to everyone involved in making it happen!

Your videos are amazing. Clean editing, no voice-over ( a big plus for me) with ambient sounds, and your comments are hilarious. This is a true gem. Thank you for sharing your hard work with us.

Amazing to see these processes...... lol, ever see an anchor & chain brake fail? The full weight free falls down thru the water until the brake either holds or the whole chain goes down? It's quite the scene as a brake fails, some start a fire but the money involved is far greater than I know? I know there are companies that salvage all the ships, anchors, & chains due to the immense costs involved. peace
Wow, mass production technology is truly fascinating! It's incredible to think about the efficiency and innovation involved in modern factories. The scale at which things can be produced now is just mind-blowing. I wonder what specific technologies or machinery were highlighted in the video. The advancement in this field is a testament to human ingenuity!

It is a shame higher education is not a priority in the USA like it once was. The Q-Anon crowd knows that education is their worst enemy, as it will be difficult to get an educated populace to fall for the Q-Anonsense. However we do so at our own peril. A nation of idiots will have a hard time defending itself, especially when a former President auctioned off our secrets to the highest bidder at his Florida Fascism Fortress.
Human labor will never become obsolete. Just the basic intelligence and maneuverability of a man can never be replaced by robots or ai. Human beings are already the ultimate technology.
Anchor chains, maybe amazing to watch, quite the opposite is making them. A word about testing. Chain is stretched to it's required lenght, also called callibration. Stretching it is actually plastic deformation. Any bad weld will break at the time. It is recorded at what force it happens and compared to nominal load. Actual tensile strenght is measured separately. They cut three links from a chain, somtimes from each chain, sometimes from a batch of four, since four are made simultaneously, depending on the register ship is registered with and insurance company requirements. These three links are pulled untill they break and must, at minimum, meet design breaking load. Both values, nominal load and breaking strenght are stamped into each end of chain along with a stamp of the register.

Enjoyed watching your videos. You have covered in detail the mass production of various heavy and light-duty. items. The factories are very efficiently organised and run. Thank you. Keeps going
Fun fact. I was a contractor on site for a similar company and a molten anchor chain hit me and gave me 2nd degree burns and melted some of my clothes.

Excelente video, muchas gracias.
Lot of manual labour is involved in nuts and screws. The persons handling them must be physically strong and extremely capable. Very fascinating.
Great respect to all the workers. This has to be one of the most dangerous jobs.
VERY INTERESTING. Thank you. I can't believe no safety glasses or "safety barrier" around that furnace in the floor.

As a sailor, I have dropped anchor 1,000 times!
It's great to see how the chains and shackles are made.
TYVM!

Good video. The biggest health concern I saw was the hot zinc bath. I nearly got a fever and headache seeing it. Waiting for my hair to fall out too.

Me too. You need even more massive machines to make those giant presses and drop forges. Very impressive.

Are there any videos showing the testing procedures ?
Wow amazing good work 👍🏻👍🏻😎💥✨🤖
Hats off, to these hard workers.
Manufacturing videos like these are just fascinating!
and have awesome soundtracks! where can I purchase the album!?
*Here's to a day brimming with endless possibilities and positivity!*
Loved the show! I always wondered how big chains and shackles were made, and now I know. AWESOME!😊
It's not that awesome to make them...
@fifi23o5 Actually, it is awesome!
@@BradfordGuy Trust me, it's not. I've done it. It's only awesome to watch it sitting behind a computer.

Very good video, it tells me about the manufacturing process

"So much precision in every step of this process! 👌⚙"

Wow Amazing Process
Klasse Arbeiten , Respekt !!!
Nice crane driving skills at 7 minutes! Thats really accurate and fast! I bet he did starcraft when he was a kid
These closed captions are wild.
God bless all of you very hard work
Were they wearing safety glasses, and tinted ones for the hot metal? I think they were.

Ich gratuliere diese grosartige Abeit.
Ok, one observation is the script states this shackle can lift 600 tons, yet the stamp on the shackle rates it at 150 tons, why?
150x4=600 usually if your lifting 600 ton I’d say your lifting by 4 points at a minimum….imo
Of course, but I still ask why it states the 'single' shackle not 4, can lift 600 tons when it's clearly stamped 150@@gazrayt
It's actually a 4 to 1 safety factor. So it should never fail if used according to the stamp.
I Want a GIANT shackle!
