Materials:
1 piece of 12 gauge dead soft half-round wire, 6 inches long
2 pieces of 20 gauge dead soft square wire, 13 inches long each
22 gauge half-round wire in dead soft(no need to measure and pre cut, just keep it on the spool and use as needed)
1 cabochon, mine is a round Rainbow Moonstone, about 8mm
Optional: 3mm copper bead with .047” hole
All my wire is dead-soft bare copper from Rio Grande

Thank you for something unique with a small stone. I make fused glass "stones" and wonder if you have something for a trapezoid shape, would appreciate any of your ideas. Thanks for such clear instructions, I will try this one today with a small fused glass bead.

You can definitely give it a try, half hard is usually hard to bend, but probably with tools you can do it

I have very videos using round wire as well, I try to do both types of videos.
What size leather cord do you use? And where can I purchase it? Ty!
It is nylon, it is 18-20" long (there's a little chain at the clasp to adjust length) and I buy it on Ebay
I have trouble bending 18 gauge. Lol I am having so much trouble finding half round and flat wire.
Is 18 gauge dead soft, if so you should be able to bend it using pliers.

What is the length of the 12 gauge wire after you shortened it?
About 4 inches, but I've used both longer and shorter lengths before, it just depends on size of pendant you want to make

I never have square wire. I used 22 gauge half round and it was too tiny for me. Help.
I am always happy to help and to answer any questions! What I would do is instead of the square wire use 20 gauge round wire and use the 22 half round to attach the round wire to that original "stick". Do you have very thick wire like the kind I used to make the stick with?
