It's sad, PNG is blessed with so many resources you may think of and yet the services doesn't reach the remotest part of PNG. Also we are luck in leadership quality leaders. When the right person is charge of higher authority, PNG won't face poverty, inflation, lawless in the country & those other basic issues that we are facing today. For instance compare Dubai & PNG resources, like Dubai has only one main resource that is oil and PNG has lots of resources you may think of. Therefore why Dubai is develop because they have right leadership and PNG we don't have right leaders.
