I made orange julius kefir whey soda today, and got Lemon Kraut brewing today too! I ate some kefir tonight, so now I am getting sleepy. Thank you for the inspiration.

What is icorn, the ancient grain you referred to in this podcast. I'm sure I spelled it wrong. Never hear of it before. Where do I buy it?

Hi Donna: Question for you...can a person that is pre diabetic, drink the milk kefir? Will it affect sugar levels?

One major sleep issue is that most americans are magnesium deficient in addition to having leaky gut. Mag really helps calm one down and stop the insomnia. Good sleep on the circadian cycle (we sleep at night and get up with the sun) is very important to good health. I've been doing saurkraut for awhile now and made Kambucha for a long time, and just starting making kefir. Thanks for your good information.

Do you use whole wheat eincorn flour for bread or all purpose flour sourdough?

Hi Dale! Eikorn Sourdough is a slightly different process than regular sourdough. When I make Eikorn Sourdough I use Eikorn bread and a eikorn sourdough starter and the correct process. When I make Regular sourdough I mostly use a a white wheat flour. But you can use all purpose as well.

Whoa! 400 times more melatonin in my gut? No wonder I don't sleep well. I just started on Kefir again a couple of days ago.

I’m fairly healthy and I love kefir but my family looks at it as if it is something yucky that rotted on the kitchen counter and should go in the trash. They are not touching it. From dressing to cheese to smoothies..I can’t get them to accept it as a healthy food. Although, they are the ones who need the health benefits the most.

I’ve been using the trilogy now for 3 months and I am having a very difficult time staying asleep at night. I’ve been sugar free for over a year with no processed foods. I wonder what I can do? I sleep til 2am and then am done. Thanks.

Cheryl Sims I've been having the same problems with sleep, last night I didn't go to sleep till 4 in the morning luckly I'm off work this week but I've experienced this before when I was trying detoxing. So I'm thinking that with all the kombucha (32oz) and 2 cups of fermented veggies and 2 to 3 cups of kefir, that's what is going on is detoxing.
