Dear Juliana, I felt the need of writing a comment for you. I've been doing your practice for years now. And I've been through all the ups and downs. Especially at the beginning. At times I felt I hated you (sorry the honesty 😂) at times I was so frustreted with you, as I was jealus of what you were capable of, and feeling so upset I was noway near your abilities. I sometimes felt I was somehow inferior or not strong enough thinking that I would have never been strong. I now do your classes and I can finally keep up, I now dont sweat anymore, I am now strong enough, flexible enough and I dont see your talent as a treat anymore 😅 I am finally happy of my abilities and of my body. After lots of dedications and hard work I can finally look myself in the mirrow and feel proud of what I see, not only from the inside but also on the outside. For all the people that might feel like me at first. I just wanna tell you, don't give up. Invest in yourself keep beliving you Will make it. Keep showing up. Even if you wont see results for a very long time. Keep pushing yourself, you are the only one that can make the change. Stop getting angry or upset with somebody that you think is better then you. Love yourself and belive in your abilities. You might get there somedays. Enjoy the journey and your limitations, and be determinated. Dedications and hard work ALWAYS pays off! I belive in YOU! I’m new to your channel, a friend shared it with me. I’ve been practicing yoga for about 20 years. I mostly do Bikram at my local yoga studio and follow videos when I’m on the road. I’m a flight attendant so I travel a lot. I practice yoga at least 5 days a week. I have to say that your videos kicked my butt and I know with time I will get stronger. I had to laugh a few times when I was doing some of the warrior poses followed by the kicking of the knee up or something like that. I kept losing my balance and struggled to keep up. 😄 But I’m glad I did not give up and I will keep challenging myself. Thank you.
they have many - doing a series (if you mean all released in a row) would make it pretty redundant for the rest of us, I appreciate the variety of types of practices released. But if you just search their channel, there are many and you can create your own lil boho bedtime playlist :)

8.1.24: had I said that this is awesome routine? This is sooooo gooood. I get to train my lunges for stronger legs and the canoe to boat abs was satisfying.

it would help if in between the exvercises there would be way more time to come down and breathe, like in real yoga. this is beneficial not only for the body but aldo for contemplation, reflection and minsfulness and relaxation, the true purposes of yoga. instead of just go go go

5.1.24: yes it is a nice flow. I combine this with another yog from boho + split. Full body .. love it. Definitely stronger with my lunges now.
