Hi, thanks for that video!! I wanted to ask, if you want to keep the upper part (like in the first half of the video), how to you fasten off the new foundation chain? I'm not sure how to go about that
If I want to take out 4 or 5 rows around hips of pants to shorten crotch, are you saying I can put a life line above the bottom row and another life line below the upper row and after cutting out the unwanted rows, I can graft them together?

Hey, I would cut it a few stitches past the join and then take those out and fasten off as normal. I hope that makes sense and helps!

I’d imagine that would work! You would just have to pick an invisible seam stitch you like to join those two pieces together!
