I really like your processing technique simple but gets the job done really well, thank you for sharing this. Just processed my M45 following your steps and it turned out way better than what I was doing before.

Love the image and processing. I have a similar setup with the redcat61 and 2600mc. Just wondering what light filter did you use?

Good grief man, that’s pretty crazy… I thought I was making progress until you destroyed my illusions haha… nice work. I thought I was going too long with 300 second subs… I only got 4.5 hours though from Bortle 3…

keep going. i used to be a short exposure 4-6 hour kind of guy but now im more of a 5-10 minute sub and at least 10 hours. i feel its really improved things for me

@@easyastroimages5818 Yeah I’ve shooting longer and longer subs, I have no idea why a lot of guys recommend hundreds of 60 second shots to people… The cameras are noisy until your running at least 120 and gets nice at 500-800 seconds… Maybe they cant guide 😃

@easyastroimages5818 can you do a tutorial how to stack all that different data over multiple nights

It is because we don't want to over saturate the pixels. I shoot 30s@100 gain and it really brings out the faint details. Counterintuitive for me, but it does work. I use to be a 300s shooter.@@robertw1871

Is it just me or is that smudge on his glasses really obvious, I just want to clean them. Good tutorial.

im a bortle 6-5..the clarity this night was really really great though!! I think that helped but since moving back to the 2600 all of my images have been just way better due to the QE jump from my usual 183mc pro. thanks for stopping by!
