You should try the konjac noodles hand-made. All the konjac noodles we could find are from agro-industrie. It could contain sulfites. If you are allergic, it is not good for you. As the docteur said, it is better to take it a little bit firstly!
Im from AU and I use the Slendier brand konjac. It has 5% konjac flour and the rest is water. It's the only brand that Woolworths and Coles supermarket sells in the health food section. I have never had any health issues when eating this product. In actual fact, i swear by it.
@Alex-kk8is yes. I have achieved weightloss. That's because this product is zero carb, zero sugar and only 44 kilojoules which is the equivalent to 11 calories per serve.
I just bought a single pack of konjac macaroni at my local Asian store, and this really answered all my questions. Thanks for always looking out for us.
Thank you for this answer. Also, thank you for publishing your book on ketones on Audible, I was very happy to read it. My wife and I are now both stacking up on vegetables, nuts and olive oil.
I have never tried these yet and just bought some shirataki noodles from kroger. The simple truth organic brand. It says first ingredient water, then organic konjac flour and citric acid.
I've ordered my first packet of powdered konjac/glucomannon. I plan to play with it and try to make something resembling a rice paper wrap for spring rolls. I'm thinking a thin solution cooked like a Pancake might get it to the right consistency, but maybe I will need to add other ingredients to help "stabilize" it, i e. stiffen it--as everything I've seen online shows konjac as very "wet", slippery, floppy. Wish me luck, offer any suggestions. Thanks!
We have a japanese shop in Oslo that imports konjac directly from Japan and the ingredients are only konjac flour, konjac potatoe and anti-caking-agent.
This is the most in-depth explanation I have found on this topic, thank you so much for the information. This video has been invaluable in choosing what konjac noodles to buy.
Hi Dr Gundry. In Australia I found a brand of Konjac Noodles, in a leading supermarket (i.e. Coles). The noodles are a product of China. The brand is Chang’s and on the packet it reads, ‘Traditional Noodles: Super Lo-Cal’ Wok Ready (as the noodles are in a liquid that needs to be rinsed off). On the back the ingredients read, ‘water, konjac root extract, stabiliser 526’. I haven’t noticed any discomfort after eating them. Dr Gundry, can you help me answer three questions? 1. Broccoli is lectin free but you’ve said no to sprouts, are broccoli sprouts the exception? 2. Why is it after eating a good serving of a lectin free meal that I feel hungry again (tonight I had an omelette using two omega-3 eggs using organic grass fed ghee + vegetables + broccoli sprouts - inspired by the omelette in your newsletter)? I’ve been lectin free now for close to 8 weeks. It’s the best thing. 3. I’d like to purchase some of your products, especially the lectin shield (as advertised in the video in your recent newsletter), but I couldn’t see if you delivered overseas (in my case Australia). Do you deliver to Australia? Not sure if you could answer these either directly here or in your newsletter or in another TH-cam video. Thank you for all you are doing. I have a faith in God and I believe He uses other people, such as yourself, to do good in the world. Forever grateful. I look forward to purchasing your book in March 2022. Wishing you a very happy Christmas 🎄

Hi there, Christina! We are not adding these ingredients separately to the product, they are raw materials that are present in the active ingredients. For example the sunflower oil is part of the micro-encapsulation delivery system technology for the butyrate in the Corebiome raw material. The total weight of Corebiome material per serving is 1000 mg and around 30% of that is Sunflower oil. That means around 300 mg is sunflower oil per serving. A tablespoon of sunflower oil is around 14 g or 14,000 mg. The maltodextrin present in this formula is found in the raw material of the probiotic, ProDura bacillus coagulans. Maltodexrtrin is a small part of the molecule that allows us to use this probiotic in powder form. Bio Complete 3 contains just 16 mg of the probiotic raw material per serving - and of that, only 10 mg are maltodextrin. That is equal to 0.010 g of maltodextrin per serving (less than 1 g of carbohydrate per serving).

Hello, the most unusual thing happened and id like advice. I bought a ton of Dr Gundry’s Spaghetti. Then I pressure cooked it and there was a lot of soupy substance left behind. So I put some cabbage in the soupy substance to make a meal out of it but the cabbage disintegrated in the left over dr Gundry pasta sauce/substance. Is that a bad thing? Did I do something wrong? Thanks!

Dr. Gundry I enjoy dark chocolate alot. I not only enjoy the flavor, but also it gives me a real pickup before I exercise and it seems to relieve my arthritis. The trouble is, j it causes me to have loose stoole the next day. I find this unpleasant even if it is not detrimental to my health. Any suggestions to allow me to continue my one and only ( 'healthy' ) vice? Thanks for any adVICE on my vice.

Weniger von der dunklen Schokolade essen. Dunkle Schokolade hat sehr viel Magnesium. Mir geht es genauso nach der Schokolade. Meine Dosis ist sehr gering. Ein kleines Stück reicht mir. Probier es mit der Dosis
Hi doctor :) A lot of brands have clacium hydroxide to bind the flour and water, I wonder if this could cause the sort of stomach upset the family described if they're sensitive to it? In Aus and NZ you get a brand called Slendier that only has Konjac flour and water, but there are other brands like Zero that have the hydroxide stuff :o I made sure to only buy the konjac and water ones and just had my first meal of them, they're so good!! ^_^

Since olive oil seems to have a mild bitter taste how do you know if it is truly rancid.
