what I like about it: M2. slot, able to replace RAM (32gb can be there), - battery is also quite easy to replace; easy to clean it (vacuum, unscrew, clean, put it back); powerful cooling system. application for this laptop would be strictly office usge. if I want 4k display, - I will connect something external. But bravo ASUS, - you made another great product.

Thia is very late but keep in mind that there is a chance you might experience fan rattling with this model. What I mean by this is either the CPU or GPU fan sounding like a jackhammer which is a very irritiating sound. It can occur after you've used it for a while.

I actually bought one of these. I returned it immediately. Do not make the same mistake I did. Screen resolution, srbg and ntsc are all extremely poor. Pictures and vids look like they were recorded on a potato. Laptop also overheats from basic web browsing. The system also becomes unresponsive doing basic tasks like opening folders and saving word docs. Spec was 16gb, intel i-11800h, 144hz. Nvidia 3060.

So many issues in this laptop, like touchpad don't works while reinstalling window or even Ubuntu dual boot. After lock screen touchpad just stop working and it will start after login based his own decision, sometime yes sometime not. If you can use a extra mouse then go for it
@@vaskarusieshvili8047 i have already installed it twice, i installed windows 10 then it upgrade to window 11 and started so many problems afterwards but ubuntu perfectly almost 12 hours of battery life one window 10 it is 8 hours on window 11 just 4 hours of battery backup. Works fine but touchpad stopped working few seconds after lock screen, touchpad do not work while installing windows, harddisk didn't detect without selecting drivers. Yes this happened to me luckily its because of a simple reason that you have the GPU set to "optimized" witch disables the GPU entirely after the laptop goes to sleep. It comes set like that from the factory. Change it in the armory crate under > Systems> GPU power saving and select "Standard" for the GPU power mode then restart the laptop.

Don't buy Dell when it comes to gaming. They have random models with gaming specs but no proper community of dedication to gsming laptops. Strictly MSI and ASUS when it comes to gaming laptops. HP laptops are a pain in the ass to deal with and are notorious for commonly having issues regardless of how high end the model is. ASUS has a much larger gaming community than MSI so a loy more sales and reviews. They are more durable and built better than MSI laptops (that goes for both the TUF and ROG lines with the ROG line being higher end) however MSI have the edge when it comes to key travel/key comfort, price to spec ratio, driver documentation and performance. Personally I would go for ASUS TUF every time due to it being easier to get help and beause there are way more reviews. Safer most of the time than the other options. The TUF506 GTX 1650 i5 10300H is remarkable. I'd even recommend it over most RTX laptops. Better build quality, more popular and unlike higher end TUF models this model has a webcam
@@omyahya1673 laptop gpus are slower than real ones .... the rtx 3050 feels slower and as soon as I turn on ray tracing I barely have more than 20 fps. The fans clogged quickly I had to clean them after 2 weeks. 2 keyboard buttons show wrong rgb colors, it slowly got worse over time. You cannot charge it via usb_C either, this is only possible with the more expensive Dash version. you need extra drivers in the Windows installation menu otherwise your hard drive will not be recognized. in linux neither the installation of the graphics driver works leads to a blackscreen and i cant get the touchpad to work in linux. I am not really satisfied. Unfortunately, you will have these or similar problems with every notebook in this price range. It all sounds bad, but it's okay, if you want something better it will be 500 - 700 € more expensive.
