The speedometer is actually connected with abs ..when you turn abs off ..the speedometer will also turn off ..but you'll see the RPM metre still working fine

FYI at 14:36 - The moment you switched off the ABS, your speedometer shows 0 Km/Hr and at 14:53 it aain shows the acurate reading when you switch it on
