LOL...the closed captioning called them Beaded Perry Wiggles. Might have to start calling them that now. Watching and hoping to head to the Caicos this December!
How beautiful, you're a lucky guy to have been there twice now🤩. Definitely have to put it on my bucket list. The egg cockle and strawberry cockle I've never seen before. So many shells I've never heard of or seen before😍.
How did I miss this!! I love your channel and watching your last visit to these beautiful isolated tropical island beaches. So satisfying being back here and seeing so many beautiful shells. Yay! My heart is soaring. Thank you so much. Rachelle, Australia 🦘 xo
I'm not exactly sure but I believe it's the result of a couple things: over fishing, illegal harvesting and some political inaction. This article gives some more information: www.google.com/amp/s/www.bbc.com/news/world-latin-america-51285893.amp Thanks for watching!
Hi - I don’t know if anyone else has mentioned this, but I find it hard to read the names of the shells when you post it. I think the typeface is really light and depending on the background it’s sometimes nearly invisible.
Hi friend! I definitely appreciate this feedback. I am always trying to make this watching experience as seamless and as enjoyable, as possible. I have been trying new methods with the type and ID'ing shells with the uploads. Thanks for coming along!
This trip was a quick one for me(just a couple of days), but I was able to pack in quite a bit. A few more episodes with colorful beauties coming from the Caicos - stay tuned!
Hi friend, thank you for the valued feedback! I have always tried to keep the experience here as authentic and real to life as possible for the viewers and only use voice over if needed. With that said, sometimes the conditions don't cooperate. I'll try to be more mindful of audio clipping going forward!
In many of your videos, you mention not getting your feet wet, or if they do you go Oops. You're shelling on a beach. Are you allergic to salt water. Maybe where a pair of shin high wellies
Interesting observation, lol! I love the ocean water, but many times on these shelling adventures, I am wearing hiking sneakers(that I try my best to keep somewhat dry) as opposed to water shoes. Before I plan an adventure, I always have to decide whether I will wear beach shoes or sneakers, the latter is always the go to if hiking a long way on a beach, or if I am unsure of the surrounding environment. Thanks for watching!
Yay.. I'm glad you are back there cuz now we are!
Thank you so much for watching - more to come from here, and other places too!!

Hopefully you'll be able to find more than bleached shells. I look forward to your next video.
This trip was a quick one for me(just a couple of days), but I was able to pack in quite a bit. A few more episodes with colorful beauties coming from the Caicos - stay tuned!
...the minis are so small but spot on in design...would be scared of finding them and then losing them in transport...lol...!
It's quite a process to pack the small shells when leaving. A lot of small containers - coffee cans work well!
Thanks for watching!
I’m just curious to know where you are originally from?
I am originally from northern New England(NH/Maine)
Thanks for watching!
Can you take shells from the beaches in Turks and Caicos?
I can only speak to my experience - I had no issues taking a couple bags of shells packed carefully in my suitcase.
Thanks for watching!
Nice finds! Too bad there were not some bigger shells!
Tons more videos coming with big shells - stay tuned!
Thanks for watching!
Love your shows, but sound is very poor due to wind and etc, how about voice over to improve quality

Where do you stay?
I stayed on the island of North Caicos.
Are you living in paradise and you didn't tell me 🤔
