Is there any way to hook MIDI from a Yamaha CLP 150 to the computer, and use software to print out the music after you have finished playing the piece? I had it working many years ago, and
i cannot get it to work now. Downloaded all the drivers needed, but to no avail. Any help will be appreciated. Thank you!

I wonder if this would work with a Rodgers/Roland MX-200 MIDI module

It's possible to connect the organ with grandorgue? I wonder to use it because the sound in grandorgue is great!

There is no reason why you cannot use GrandOrgue as an alternative to Hauptwerk. Both have the same software origin and work almost identically.
You can also connect to other organs such as eplayOrgan.

    Problem solved !!!
as described in the manual, a ProgramChange command (channel 16) sent via MIDI will result in a register memory being recalled -
HR (Hand Register), ff (tutti) and even the 16 crescendo steps will also work with it
however, I had to install a software update first
(my organ didn't react before - hence the question: )
Hello, I have an urgent question, at 8:45 it explains how to make the instrument send a program change (or Bank Select) command when a register memory button is pressed
I would be much more interested in how I can get the organ (from outside, via MIDI) to call up a saved registration?
Strictly speaking, I want to connect two organs together (MIDI) and need a MIDI command so that the second organ reacts like an expander, so that I can use the register memory - I hope you understand what I mean - and I apologize for my bad English
    kind regards

Hi Oliver. I have just linked two Chorum models together via MIDI. When I select a memory piston on the organ i'm playing it will select the sounds from the donor organ, so this does seem to work. I didn't have to change any MIDI commands.

I posted the same question in a German forum - maybe it's a problem only with German models (Gloria concerto 35x)
which are equipped with 16x 8 memories
The manual says that "Program Change - Messages for selecting sounds, timbres or programs in external modules. It also can be received by the organ to recall combinations, Tutti, Plenum, Reed and Crescendo steps."
"recall combinations" is exactly what I need
but that doesn't work with the models here and i don't know why
