I lost my brother in Aug 2023 to ALS. I still feel that pain; it aches at times; the ache is so hard to explain. It's a kind of grief never experienced. It transformed me in so many ways, including a weird spiritual way. It is still mind-boggling. 🤷♂️ My condolences, Phil.

Wanting him to be remembered not how he died but how he lived and all that he achieved in his much too short life. I have such admiration for Phil for all he's been through these past ten years. There is no Kastegar protection for her via the state indemnity given to get her to testify. But other things are moving along I think we will find that Rivera starts to remember things that he did not think important at the time. Things that will implicate Wendi I know more but won't say more before Donna is tried and sent to prison. I predict she will get at least twenty five years as a sentence. That would cover the conspiracy charge , once proved.

My one question to Donna Adelson is what makes your child more important than Phil Markels child? All for what? So your child could move closer to you & Dan had to die for you to achieve that? That’s selfish & self serving. Karma is real & karma is coming around for the Adelsons. In essence Donna has lost her son/s as Phil & Ruth lost their son. Was it worth it? I have no words for Wendi. She knows her part in this. The dark always comes to light.

But chucky said to Georgia "you'll have to ask Lincoln who threw the remote at the tv and broke it" so chucky knew how the tv broke but wendi didn't?? I believe I will see my Dad again (because I chose to believe that) so I see this as a 'temporary' seperation and that helps me. I grew up in your area, not at all far away, though I am several years older than Dan so we never met. Justice for Dan and I believe there will be. Prayers for you all.

I’m so honoured to know of your family and how much you all contribute to society for the good.
I don’t really know why I am so drawn to the Markel’s, but I have a profound respect, and honour your family. Perhaps being a Torontonian myself, and having the privilege of knowing where Danny is resting, gives me a sense of closeness. In addition, both our sons share the same birthday, October 9.
Through this unspeakable tragedy, we have been blessed not only get to know Danny and the type of man he was, but in the process we are also getting a glimpse of how and whom contributed to shaping Dan into the man he became.
I admire you all, so much. Please rest assured that better days are ahead in regard to Lincoln and Benjamin. Justice will prevail! Sooner or later…preferably sooner. 🙏🏼

Phil, I am praying you have a relationship with Dan's boys and hopefully they will want to know more about you and Ruth before it's too late, They have great grandparents who love them beyond words and deserve to know what they have missed.

Georgia was NOT the prosecutor 10 years ago. It was not her decision. Once she became in charge, she went after the Adelsons. Georgia took over in 2017.
