    The game dose not have 2022 bike models or liveries yet....why not mention that. Go look at the factory Honda. What if f1 2022 came out and Hamilton's car was last years?,

    Sorry for what follows but someone needs to say this. For reference, I have been riding fast bikes for 25 years, and my last play at moto gp was the 07 version. I regularly play the TT game. This review, maybe fairly, references the new menus, the graphics, track resurfacing, riders faces etc. But it fails to address the elephant in the room, that any sense of speed, of acceleration, of white-knuckle thrill is completely absent in the game. You can buuld any combination of game options you want, from multiplayer or archive or whatever, but if a motorcycling game doesn't make you feel like you are hurtling towards potential death at cant't-see, white-knuckle, eye-watering speeds, then it is entirely missing the single identifying feature of motorbike racing and motorcycling in general. And this game delivers exactly none of those things. No sense of speed, thin and reedy audio, and, did I mention, absolutely no sense of speed or thrill or loss of ability to take it all in whatsoever. It is lame AF. I got it on xbox via game pass, so at least I didn't have to pay for it. If you have that option then, of course, you should try it and make up your own mind. But otherwise, if you are a biker looking for a simulated thrill, please do not spend money on the piss poor, lame game. It resembles motorcycling in the same way that a book of children's nursery rhymes resembles juggling with chainsaws. And Mr reviewer, you should takr a long hard look at your choice of profession, if you van get through an entire review without grasping intuitively how this game falls so far short of what should be its primary ambition.

      Was wondering if I would see a comment from a fellow sportbike rider. There's nothing like getting to 120mph/200kph and you are still accelerating so quickly it feels like you're strapped to a guided missile hanging on for dear life. Thought it might be fun to try some sim track racing, guess I'll pass

      Playing in 3rd person in these games is boring, feels arcadey in comparison.

      I've been playing Isle of Mann 2 and Ride 4. I'm really disappointed in the FFB with Ride. Does Moto GP 2022 have good FFB? Ride 4 only gives feedback when braking and hitting grass or cubs. There's nothing with shifting of gears, winding of RPMS or with the road feeling.

    • @messiahshow
      @messiahshow ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@JayRacer All these games have quite bad rumble I must say. I remember playing Moto GP 2 and 07 and those previous ones back in the day, the rumble was so strong when you went offroad that you almost had to drop the controller. I loved it, tons of feedback made it feel very immersive. So not sure why they are not using it better today.
      Now regarding the Elite controller I just tested it quick in a store without a game but the triggers are too shallow for my taste, you need more depth to analog throttle better same with brake. Not sure why they made them like that, the normal Xbox controller have deeper triggers.

    I don't know what some people are playing. On the PS5 this is the greatest improvement ever.
    The bikes finally handle as a real motorcycle. Also the HDR finally is bright. The sounds are much aggressive and louder. Love those pops. The sound if the bikes needs to have more bass/lower frequencies.
    The braking of the bikes is perfect.
    I can finally place the bike were I need to just as in the real world.
    The sensitivity of the PS5 is perfect. No need to be messing with it anymore to get a mediocre
    braking input.
    Also the vibration is stronger, which helps a lot when riding.
    The rear of the bikes feels heavier and more grounded.
    The bikes are easy to throw to one side or the other just as a real sportbike should.
    The riders animation when turning seems a little bit more realistic although it could be more aggressive, more hanging on the bike.
    The sense of speed is also much, much better.
    The only game that has great physics besides now motogp 22 is Rims, but that game looks horrible.
    I hope Milestone doesn't change anything on the physics just to accommodate haters and
    ignorance. This is how motorcycles feel. People that don't like it can go back to the crappy physics of MotoGP any-year.
    I will be playing this game for hours. It is addicting just after a few minutes of playing it, just as a motorcycle is addictive.

    • @ofrenic
      @ofrenic ปีที่แล้ว

      Yeah my biggest issue with Ride 4 was how sluggish changing direction was. Like even on an R3 it takes too long to go from left to right. An R3 weighs nothing, proper easy to throw around. GP 22 definitely improved on that but its still just not there in terms of realism. Ive yet to play a bike game that feels like a real bike.
