    Please correct me if I'm wrong. I've heard that there are plenty of fake Wagyu beef - being sold everywhere, and actually you can inject the fat more into the meat to produce the meat tastes like genuine one.

    So basically more marbling/fat ratio to meat, it is higher quality right?

    I've tried the whole range and if there's a range from 1 to 10, 1 being the leanest, and 10 being almost nothing but fat with a little bit of meat in it, I'm absolutely happiest around 5. Beyond that it's just too fatty for me.

    always go full japanese wagyu. the fat just taste and behaves differently.
