    Are you following all 5 lifestyle factors? Which one do you struggle with?

      Haven't you ever heard the Beatles song, Eleanor Rigby, with lyrics about "all the lonely people?" That is not something that easy for some people to change. Some people cannot get love whether from friendships, family or intimacy. Always harping about how they are going to die young is cruel and just adds to their misery. Don't you think that could create a placebo effect when they always hear this and it then it happens because they believe it?

    Excellent information!!! So thankful for your channel. I guess my biggest struggle is keeping a healthy weight even though I’ve been plant based about 3 yrs. Need to cut processed and added fat. I have been limiting those foods and am seeing a few lbs. slide off 🙂

    Thank you for posting this informative video, Dr. Hashmi. It was excellent! Longer videos like this one are far superior to short, 60-second videos.

    Thank you doctor.
    We live in Cambodia and it's astonishing to hear that diabetes is on the increase! I have suggested WFBD to a few Cambodians but since I'm not a doctor but a Naturopath they don't value my input. Really sad. English is also a problem so to communicate properly or to suggest your youtube channel is to no use.
    Thanks again for your easy to follow videos, much appreciated.

    I am so honored and blessed to have come across your channel. I’ve watched all of your videos
    Please help me understand the benefits and risks of the AIP diet?
    I have an autoimmune disorder and many of the foods that you have talked about to help with kidney disease, are the same foods that are a no-no on the AIP list. Ex: white potatoes, tomatoes, oatmeal (wheat)

    • @SELFPrinciple
      @SELFPrinciple  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      The Autoimmune Protocol Diet (AIP) has little well-designed studies showing its benefit. On the other hand, there is a robust amount of literature on the benefits of a whole food plant-based diet. My wife has lupus and that's why I started this channel and doing this research.
