I replace hdd with ssd but it always shutdown after few minutes and my laptop hot. Its normal work when i back use hdd (my laptop hp 14-cm series with amd processor). Does it mean my laptop not support ssd?

I had to replace the hdd yesterday. I have to say this laptop looks like it was made to be upgraded with the component placements
I would have vacuumed the interior since the laptop is used and I would have tested the system before putting the screws back on.

It's too bad most HP and Dell laptops don't support XMP or even BIOS changes for some models like my neighbor's new Gateway laptop.
Mine has emmc32gb, didn't come with a SATA cable
