The fog lights not only look cool, they add a lot more light off to the side and forward, and really add to the headlight performance. I leave mine on all of the time.
Finally installed my foglights last week. I procrastinated due to thinking I needed to Jack up and remove tires. Since I found out that wasn't necessary I went ahead with install by just turning tires in. Start to finish about 30 minutes if that. Thanks again for the video, helped with install.
I replaced the fog lights on my 2014 Frontier SV. The factory reflectors in the lights completely melted. Install was straight forward like your very helpful video. There was no need to jack the truck up and remove the wheels. Lights were easily reached by just turning the wheels. The lights I used were aftermarket and were an exact fit. I swapped the bulbs to amber and they work beautifully.
Thanks for the video. Used it to install my fog lights yesterday. I didn't even need to take my tire off. Just turned the wheels all the way to the opposite side I was working.
Switch from Nissan Maxima 2008 it’s the same as the Nissan Frontier switch, went to the junkyard, couldn’t find any frontier, took that switch from a Nissan Maxima 2008, install it in my Frontier 2011, it works perfectly.
Thank you for your instructions on how to install the passenger front side fog light. It is a bummer that you did not do the drivers side front fog light instructions even though you think it's the same but actually it's not because the driver side installation Hardware is not viewable I think
I didn't show both sides but I actually did both sides. The install is identical just mirrored. On both sides I went through the fender liner to get to it. If I can do it, you can do it.
Epic video man going to install the fogs on my sv this weekend! Do you think I can do it without taking wheels off and turn them all the way to the side? Also waiting for those same kumho tires in the mail! They have great reviews
There is a lot of parts that supposedly are for certain cars but let me tell you that I tried to do the same, went to a junkyard couldn’t find any frontier so I start looking into other Nissan cars and I found a Nissan Maxima 2008 check the turn signal switch, looks exactly the same, so took it, went home install it and it works perfectly,

I have a 2020 and it’s the same body style and plastic bumper I wonder if it would work. I’m thinking about making the purchases, anyone with a 2020 let me know!
I ordered some fog light brackets for my Nissan frontier. I just have the regular s model 2.5 cylinder 2019. With the black bumpers. When I order my brackets they didn't come with the hardware 😢
I bought lights like these from amazon recently and for the life of me cannot get the bolt into the light. I put the sheet metal tab in like you did and clip the light but for whatever reason I cannot for the life of me get the bolt in! I am supper stressed right now because I spent over 3+ hours trying to get it installed in the cold and stilll havent gotten even one light done.

At around 4:20 you can see me put a jack stand under the truck. For a quick tire rotation i don't use jackstands since I won't be under the vehicle but as soon as I have to stick my head into the wheel well the jackstand comes out.

Why use Amber lights? Just curious
Dude, great video. I added LED bulbs to mine while following your video. They work great. Better than taking the front bumper off.

Thanks buddy. It helped. Didn't know where to start.

Thank you for making this video! Much appreciated
very helpful
You are welcome.
Hi there, thanks for sharing your knowledge. Your video presentation was very good and understandable.
the right hand side is the drivers side, looking at the vehicle from the front

Yes, you can do it without taking wheels off. Good luck. The Kumhos run well but unfortunately don't last very long.
Thanks for showing all the steps. I appreciate it.
You are welcome.
Now I gotta get mine done. I noticed the turn signal part you have in the description is for an Xterra or Sentra? Is that the one you got?
sorry for the slow response. Yes the parts I listed are the parts I ordered. I ordered without knowing if those parts would fit but I got lucky.

If it is the same body style it will work. Go for it. Good luck.
So the frontiers are pre wired for the fog lights even if the model came without them?
yes, that was exactly the case with my 2017. I only had to install the correct switch at the steering wheel and the lights, nothing else.

That sucks. I hope you can work it out. I don't know if the link to the kit I used is still active. Check it out. It is in the video description.
Nice job 👍🏾😎

Question about the little clip on the right side (the non screw clip) Did yours snap onto the truck? Mine seems to be awful loose?
I stuck the clip into the light fixture first and then pushed it onto the plastic tap on the bumper.
Did you ever figure this out? I'm doing mine right now and it's pretty loose
I can't my clips to work either? I put the clip in light first, but it just pulls off bumper, what did you do to make clips work?
For me the clips worked as designed. There is a clip, a plastic tap that goes into a grove and a screw holding the light in place.
@@HeikosGarage correct, I can't get the clips to click in place? Like yours were, until you adjusted with a screwdriver in your video?
@@Jeffrey7348 put the clip into the Fog light housing before you push it into position on the bumper. That might have been my mistake.
Same issue here....the clip just falls off
Same for me too, did you guys figure it out? It doesn't snap onto bumper, just a weak hold
Can you share where purchased parts from
The links to the parts are in the description of the video. Both (switch and fog lights) came from eBay.
Thanks for your comment.

Sorry I’m not finding it. In the video?? Can you narrow it down please. Thank you.
Ok. I found it. Sorry.
