Overall an easy install. Mine is a 2013. Took about 2 hours as I am not a mechanic and took my time. Worked the first round. Like the halogen bulbs as I have a 2 way radio in mine and have heard LED's mess with RF frequencies. Saved some cash I am sure.

perfect install, thanks for the tutorial. i purchased this same cheap fog light kit, was daunted & confused about the wiring with relay & fuse. this is much simpler & cleaner install. i also swapped the fog halogen bulbs with H11 LEDs, as well as the ultra bright fahren termitor 20,000 lumen LED headlights. the color tones match 1:1. also followed your plasti dip bumper mod😁 god bless from texas 🤠

Thanks for the write up, I'm glad that I could be of help. I plan on adding LED Lights to the Fog also. I have LED is the headlights and the Reverse Lights Video of that coming soon. The Taillights are the brightest I have ever seen. I get lots of comments about them. I am going to install an EZ lift on the tailgate so that it assists in lowering the tailgate. Please make sure to share the channel, As I continue to work on this thing and share my truck mods and fishing adventures.

I bought a cheap flight set a long time ago. Used that harness that came with the lights. I didnt know the oem turn signal stock was so cheap! Install would have been much easier.
    Thanks

Stumbled across your video, because I bought the exact same light set AND turn indicator switch. The switch was stupid easy to install. The lights? I watched about a dozen videos before installing them. Then, I found this one. Didn’t think to remove the housing from the light. Took me forever to do the first one.
The problem I’m having now (literally one day after install) is they stopped working. Not sure if it’s an install problem, or one of the components is faulty. Plus, I did notice you struggling with the fit. From my experience, they don’t seem to be secured in place well at all. Just not as tight as I’d hoped. In fact, one actually fell out of the housing, back inside the bumper. The metal clips seem to be the weak link to them being secure. Did you, or have you done anything different to secure them?
Now that it’s been awhile since your installation, how are they holding up?

Hello Shawn, thank you for stopping buy and please like and subscribe to the channel. I'm just an average guy that likes my hobbies and tinkering with everything as you can see. When I installed these at first i had an issue with the driver side falling out of the housing. But after I got in there closer you have to make sure that the clip secures the housing. I have not had any problem with them after I got them secured. Hope this helps you out and hope you have a great day.

Hey Scott thanks for stopping by, sorry this has taken me so long to respond to but i have been sick with the Flu. I got all the parts from Amazon and the links are in the description. But I checked the switch link, and the part is not available there. Just use the google search and try to find the best price that's what I do. Please hang around more stuff to come to this monster and I love this little truck.

Well thanks for the Love, and Im glad I was able to shine the light on this topic for you. Please keep an eye out for upcoming videos where I am going to upgrade the Fog lights from iridescent to LEDS, adding LED tag lights, custom decals to the truck, moving the roof rack to the camper shell and placing a cargo basket to the rack.
