I’m a little girl who had no trouble doing it by reading the directions. You literally just put the attachment on a 1200-1600 rpm drill with the right sanding papers and go to town. Not using too much pressure, go slow without stopping in any one spot and go top to bottom a few times. Clear off dust occasionally to prolong the life of the sanding paper. It’s not hard.
