It's a piece of the blend door that breaks off and falls into the fan you have to remove the dashboard to replace the damper

thanks for the help only did top end of fuel filter housing and issue still persisted but went back and did as you showed and it looks like it solved my problem. saved me a costly repair shop visit. thanks a million

It's the Blend Door Actuator flapper and the Blower Motor! I had mine replaced on Tuesday morning and everything is back to normal! That's the crap that got shoved down by the wiper blades louvers.

From what I’ve seen on videos it’s a part of the blend door that controls recycled air and outside air, good luck with fixing that!

Found this video today because my 2014 F150 was having the same noise. Followed your steps and found the same broken piece in the fan. Other than the rear screw being so difficult to access, the fix was not that difficult. Thank you for the great video! Saved me a ton of $$$

Did you have to get the key in the new remote cut as well? Or will it work even as a blank key

I had some problems with my UMI sway bar on my 78 el camino had to install end links after truck was on the ground! Looks like the sway bar is not parallel to the ground like it should be. You have video of the final install?

Where do you buy zSocket?

I just discovered that the engine is only attached at the front, so you can just grab the sides of the engine and pull up and it tips forward. Rest it on something about 6" to 8" tall and it's easy to work on the underside. Thanks for the video. I doubt I would've noticed that piece inside that you had to salvage from the old pump. I probably would've thought they gave me extra parts!

This worked! I couldn't take the motor off but I could reach in it just enough to take that rubber piece out. Works like new and you probably saved me a couple hundred bucks, thank you!

I need it wider. If i can put 10s in the front, i would, with 18s on 35s (tire size) front and the rear 10.5 or 11s tucked under nicely stanced out. I want that pro touring road course aggressiveness. Im interested, though, in installing an independent rear. 1978 buick regal T type. Once i get all my stuff together, I'll post videos on my channel.
