Did you case and port match the motor? You mentioned not porting it. Are you waiting for the pipe before you port the exhaust port to match it perfect?
The casings match the barrel almost perfectly, not much more we can do on the engine. But yes, when we get the exhaust we will do porting on the exhaust ports. I will be sure to show you guys what we end up doing!
@@DamnnSonnn A few things, but in basic terms it helps to match joining parts better and improves flow, making the motor more efficient. Sometimes called 'Blueprinting' and also 'Gas-Flowing'.
Love your BWS videos I've finally installed a big bore on my BWS 100 - I have installed the AirSal 117. I note you torque your malossi build to 14 nm, would this also be suitable for my AirSal? (Noting that the AirSal is an aluminium unit) Also do u re-torque after running / heating the new cyl?
The torque is good for both aluminum and steel cylinders, but if you're running the AirSal make sure you've checked your squish! It's always good to re-torque after a run to double-check everything is tight.
Nice built, love the wheels color.
Yes finally! I have been waiting to see the next part of this build 🤩
çok iyi, bu bwsnin son halini merakla bekliyorum
I’m loving this build! It’s looking so good and I cannot wait for the finished product 🔥🔥🔥
Thank you! 🔥🔥
I really need to get my BWS TO YOU to customize
Yes! Bring it 🔥
beautiful work❤😊
Thank you! ❤️
This looks so sick! Is the white I see a matt white?
Yes, that's correct! We plan on doing more to make it look even better soon!

BWS GANG
🧐, ma hai tenuto la testa originale ?
Squish 1mm ?
Albero motore originale?
I forget the exact setting now, but we normally aim for 1.1mm squish on the 125 kit.
@@urban_riders a 👍🏻 🙏 gentilissimo

@urban_riders thankyou very much 🤙 what's a good squish range for the AirSal?
These kids think they know everything... lol
Listen to your elders, listen to Noah!
I’m trying!
Just out of curiosity whats the max cc big bore kit can be put on the bws 100
Maximum oversize with the Malossi big bore is 128cc but we have built a 135cc with a Malossi big bore kit and a stroker crank.
Who's kawasaki 250r Is in the background.
It’s not a 250r unfortunately but rather a KLR 650
