We have built a few 135cc motors with 125cc kit and 10cc stroker crank. Just remember, you can't run too high compression on a 2T motor because the combustion chamber pressure increases with the rpm and you can end up with a 'hydraulic' situation and the engine won't rev high.
@@urban_riders The job is not finished just by installing the stroker crank shaft and high comp. cylinder head. It is necessary to adjust the pressure with spacers and various operations. I am currently using the Airsal 117cc, 50.1 mm crank, Polini CP 23 in a very healthy way, but I have made many adjustments to the engine. I can also follow the engine temperature from the display, there is no problem. There are many tuning options available on the Minarelli 100cc.
The BWS100 crank is very strong and can take some serious power upgrades. This motor is at least around 17hp. We've pushed them to 22hp without any crank issues. Got 2T oil also helps with durability.
This Dellorto is running the 78 main jet at the coast, with the thin needle taper, and the needle clip is at the bottom position. This is because it's running cone filter and we at sea level.
