Just out of curiosity whats the max cc big bore kit can be put on the bws 100
Maximum oversize with the Malossi big bore is 128cc but we have built a 135cc with a Malossi big bore kit and a stroker crank.
I greet you! One question please! Is the green bow stronger at the start? What is the difference between the original and the green one? Thank you!
To put this more simply, installing a stiffer contra spring will have an almost identical affect to installing lighter rollers in the variator. It will allow the engine to rev higher through the gearing range. The green is stiffer than the standard at compression.
Ngl... looks kind of sluggish
Hey Jean, idk if you remember me but I used to come to your house a lot when we were younger. I knew you guys had a channel and now that I have a bike I wanted to watch this. I'm 99% sure that the photo of your dads scooter at 1:21 is outside my house 😂 the bricks, wall paint and garage doors/gate look the exact same
Hey Daniel, of course I remember you! I’m pretty sure that was at your house. Which bike have you got? You must join us for some rides soon!
@@urban_ridersIt’s actually so funny, it just happened to be the video that I watched that had the photo outside my house. I currently have a 2010 CBR125R but next year I can legally get a bigger bike so I can’t wait for that because highway riding is not fun on a 125cc. Yes I must definitely join you guys for rides! Where do you usually ride to? What do you ride?
@@DanielImrie We generally ride the scooters as they super fun. Rides are normally in and around the Peninsula. I'm sure your Dad will join too. Looking forward to you riding with us. We'll keep you posted on the next rides.
Where do U buy the exhaust from all I could find was technigas
The CRP are discontinued, and our exhaust is on hold until we have setup our fabrication shop again, (we moved). Hopefully we'll have pipes ready in the new year, 2025.
Hi great video, did you have to modify the throttle tube to get full travel on the 22mm carb slide?
Thank you! No modifications necessary
@@urban_ridersok thank you I was told it only open the slide 17mm the same as stock without the modification, is it fully adjustable just with the cable?
@@kirkstevens7045 All you need to do is make cable adjustments at both the carb and at the throttle adjusters.
Who's kawasaki 250r Is in the background.
It’s not a 250r unfortunately but rather a KLR 650
Mines got less than that love my bws thoo NGL they are fun to ride
There’s a 2012 bws 50cc for £150 near me with registration papers & keys non running for sale

Have you made any complations or full bws build videos of a bws I'ld love to see that after all the individual big bore, cvt etc vids
Yes we have! Have a look on our channels playlists. We have one on a Black Bws and a Blue Bws.
What a bad assembly. Didn’t use a torque wrench and he left the bolts that separate the two halves of the shelve in and put on the cover. This will not work.
Our editor is still learning the ropes.✍
I nearly cum seeing all them Malossi goodies
Got any connections? I got a 170CC big boy RCT that I would to get around 120KM
Unfortunately there are no real decent performance parts for the GY6 motors.
Where can i buy the malossi upgrade kit for bws in south africa please?
You can buy it from our website and have it shipped anywhere in South Africa or you can bring it to our workshop where we fit all Malossi products!
hello. Where you bought your exhaust you have the link. greetings from Mexico
Hello! Unfortunately the CRP exhausts are discontinued and you can’t get them anymore.
@@urban_riders ok thank you very much for the information. Any other exhaust that you recommend for 124cc. excellent channel
@@loisvr6garcia607 I am not too sure of many others outside South Africa. But maybe the Technigas RS100 could work. However I do know they rust easily and are not the best quality.
I love how all the fasteners were already loose for you; this might be misleading for the average punter…
Joys (or pains) of editing! 😄
BWS GANG
Where do i buy these
If you are in South Africa you can get them from our website
@@urban_riders im in england sorry
@@craigdawson3450 best bet for Europe is Maxiscoot. They ship to England
I used ped parts they are tge best for me buddy fastest delivery
@@craigdawson3450 We've heard good things about them.
Would fitting this increase performance on my aerox 100cc
Definitely, this fits all minarelli motors from 50cc upwards
@@urban_riders its a minarelli 100 engine
@@craigdawson3450 Yes it fits the 100cc and works very well. Definitely worth fitting to your scoot. 💪
beautiful work❤😊
Thank you! ❤️
These kids think they know everything... lol Listen to your elders, listen to Noah!
I’m trying!
I’m loving this build! It’s looking so good and I cannot wait for the finished product 🔥🔥🔥
Thank you! 🔥🔥
Yes finally! I have been waiting to see the next part of this build 🤩
çok iyi, bu bwsnin son halini merakla bekliyorum
This looks so sick! Is the white I see a matt white?
Yes, that's correct! We plan on doing more to make it look even better soon!
Did you case and port match the motor? You mentioned not porting it. Are you waiting for the pipe before you port the exhaust port to match it perfect?
The casings match the barrel almost perfectly, not much more we can do on the engine. But yes, when we get the exhaust we will do porting on the exhaust ports. I will be sure to show you guys what we end up doing!
@@urban_riders what does porting do?
@@DamnnSonnn A few things, but in basic terms it helps to match joining parts better and improves flow, making the motor more efficient. Sometimes called 'Blueprinting' and also 'Gas-Flowing'.
Nice built, love the wheels color.
I really need to get my BWS TO YOU to customize
Yes! Bring it 🔥
Sick ass acooter bro! Recently got my first 2 smoker scoot
That's awesome! What scooter did you get?

Esta mas lenta que una tortuga bajale gramos va a correr mejor
The owner uses it for daily commuting so he didn't want it to be aggressive. The bikes also got over 100,000km so may be a bit tired. 😅
Mines have like 1300km and its 2008 :O
What’s the Max speed ?
About 100km/h when its still fresh. Not sure with a pipe.
stock, true speed 90-95kmph. modded these do can do around 12kpmph. but gets there very very quick
Can push em to 140kmh
When new video about this?
Me moved to our new workshop so haven't continued the project yet, however it is on out to-do list! 💪
@@urban_riders sounds good i have a project thats pretty mutch the same
I have a machine that something like that QJ commando 100 cc ATV 2 stroke
Wat een frikandel runner dat runner trekt niet eens wheelie je ziet duidelijk hij trekt aan stuur bro vers motor runner trekt autowheelies dus bij deze is een frikandel runner met extra mayo😂😂😂😂
Kawasaki j125 is the same
Interesting. We don't get that model here in ZA.
Original are de best bro you need original exhaust not mopet malossi exhaust
The original pipe works exceptionally well, you right. The stock is strong and linear. Some clients prefer the variation of the power delivery of the aftermarket pipes.
Fuckin sick 😫
thats so sick!!
are you running CRP or PRD pipe? on my setup im running 7.5g rollers. PRD pipe. malossi mutltivar, malossi gear up, delta clutch, malossi bell. malossi belt etc.
We will most likely run our Urban Riders pipe on this build. Sounds like you have a great build there! Your scoot must run sweet!
@@urban_riders i see, keen to see the progress with your custom pipe. Yeah she runs well, not a looker but goes like stink
@@woutervermaak9007 We just moved premises, so as soon as we've setup fabrication side we'll be doing a run of pipes again. CRP closed as Graham is working in Europe now. We have the last CRP made and will be hanging it on our wall-of-fame. 😂
Hi !! Nice videos and I’m learning a lot !! Question : I’m on the point of buying a scooter (benelli Quattro Novex 50cc) What do you know about this model? Are they easy to tune ? Kind regards
Thank you. We are not familiar with this scooter. We did not get Benelli in ZA unfortunately. Our suggestion is to have a look on Scooter Attack, they the best for 50cc models and parts. Good luck on you build. 💪
We bought this scooter it runs like a rocket until about 60kmh then dies completely if I keep the throttle open. when i let go it goes back to normal. what can we check or adjust please
Sounds like a fueling issue. Please drop us an email and we'll guide you with some checks. urbanridersperformance@gmail.com
@@urban_riders thank you 😁😁 sure its minor otherwise goes like a rocket🚀
The best combination for this motor is: Runner 180 original green belt, piaggio original counter spring and the malossi multivar. according Setup between 12,5-14gr. And maybe shim the multivar with a 0,5-1mm washer.
This is so well done! loving the new graphics and pop ups. Also cannot wait for the next part of the Orange BWS build
Thank you! Soon hopefully...
It was me who said 12.5 roller weights 4 weeks ago when I seen your Gilera runner video of you doing the weights and wasn’t happy with the 9 gram, most people like 12s specifically on the roads, glad you agree 💪🏽
Thank you! I also haven't tried running half 9g and half 12.5g. I wonder if its worth doing for a "sportier" feel.
Yeah maybe, I don’t personally run 2 different weights but you can do, but I wouldn’t go below 14.5 myself gets to aggressive at the start and you loose a lot of mid and high range power when the weights are to light
Ive only been subbed for a few video, but you deserve way more subscribers. Top notch content, keep it up!
Thank you!
Also can’t wait to see more updates on your orange bws 100. when will we see?
Very soon 👀
