He could’ve been an only child but loyalty is where it’s at. It could’ve been a friend that was like a brother because we all have one. But anyways this is a banger of a song!
We all had that reaction once we realized we all heard the lyrics say “ them Indian scouts man there built for speed ,they said he hit that guard rail half past 3 “ 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Same thing happened to my brother years back, was on a cbr 954 hittin it way to hard and a car pulled straight out in front of him. Sorry for your lose, may they R.I.P
Lost my grandpa a few years back he was out riding when I got a call he was being air lifted to the hospital I hopped on my motorcycle and tried so hard to get to him when I got there I was hit with the news that he died 3 times in the helicopter and they kept reviving him to the point by the time I got there he was brain dead and there was nothing that they could do so we had no choice but say goodbye for the last time that nightGi left my bike at the hospital and had my buddy drive me home I couldn't do it tears filling my eyes a few days later I picked up my bike and when to the salvage yard where my grandpa's bike was to try and see what caused it turns out he put slime fix a slat in his tire and turns out that slime eats aluminum rims so when he hopped on his bike he made it a few hours down the road and the slim weakened his rim to the point all the air in his tire to blow out
I’m the same way grew up hating country 20 years later can’t believe what I’ve been missing out on those drives down those lonely roads with songs like this hit different
My favorite song of his !! He is such an awesome singer/entertainer. I was fortunate to see him in concert in Charlotte NC this past summer, it was so good and he is such a nice guy. Wishing him on the best as he continues in his career!!
Was he still letting 49 Winchester open for him at the time? If so curious what you thought of them, they was all born and raised just up the road from me, so wondering what people think of them
@@davidkennedy6227 no, the openers were: Turnpike Troubadours, Gary Allan, and Brent Cobb. I didn’t know any of them. (I’m an old grandmother but I’m a new country music fan) but still enjoyed them.
I agree with you 100, dude is straight juggernaut, couldn’t miss if he tried!!! #1 is all he knows. Let me ease ur mind a bit about his brother hitting the guard rail. This song was actually written and was circulating in the musical world for a couple years before Luke finally met the tune. Couldn’t be happier that he decided to do it and there isn’t another person on this planet that could bang it out like he does, unbelievable. Like you said bro, his voice is straight gold!!!! Groove to it again one of these days and don’t let the lyrics stop you, awesome video my friend!!!
My 4 yr old granddaughters favorite song , she will say play Wildthings , and then she says his brother died and went to heaven , blew me away !!! Kids so smart
I had to look up if he wrote that song about his actual brother or not... I guess it's purely fiction but man, what a beautiful song. Great reaction vid dude!
How can I be so sad for a brother in a song??? So...I heard he didn't write this one...he doesn't have a brother...SOOO whomever wrote it...was this just a song...or a true story with the brother and the guard rail? Cause I sure get teary eyed over it....
This song grew on me. I love his music. I finally gave it a chance and listened to the lyrics, but then I realized he seems to never take a breath. Just an amazing performance.
First time watching you... i LOVE how you enjoyed the music for what it is, because its great. BUT, then you took the time to realize what the song was about, and you recognizes the lyrics. THEN you went on to acknowledge them, pay respect, and because of all that... i can really see you enjoy this song and how amazing it really is. Awesome video.
Relisten to the song and pay attention to his breath control. He inhales at 2:52 and sings continuously until 3:14 while moving all through the vocal range. Its crazy impressive.
AB, Country music fans just lost a giant in the music industry, Toby Keith. Toby has a catalog of his many hits throughout the years, a couple with videos along with, "I Love This Bar"; and "I'm Not As Good As I Once Was". I'm really saddened by his passing; Toby Keith was A real American Hero!
its SO wild to think about how we are growing up with and living in the same generation as the next BIGGEST stars.... im 28 and growing up hearing my parents and grandparents talk about all their favs.... these are ours, and I couldn't be more proud
that's just good music, but it is the epitome of the story telling of country music, that hits home at some point in all of our lives......and no he don't miss!!!
I remember loving this until I realised what he sang in the chorus then I loved it for a while new reason. Because I actually felt sad 😢❤ amazing song writing/storytelling
dude when i say i am obsessed with your reaction videos..... you dont even know. My name is Sierra, pleaaseeeee remember my name when I request reactions!!
Im glad my brother didn't die yet both of my brothers didn't die and i cant believe what i would do because my older brother is the best brother i could have i cant believe what would happen when he dies
AB my friend have you heard his latest? Ain’t no love in Oklahoma? Wow man check that song out when you can. For that movie remake of twister. He’s belting it out big time bro check that one out!!! Peace!!!!
Luke can sure hit you in the feels…… btw he’s an only child …… but he can make you believe otherwise
He could’ve been an only child but loyalty is where it’s at. It could’ve been a friend that was like a brother because we all have one. But anyways this is a banger of a song!
The song is real but written by someone else
@@andrewchandler9896the song was written my Randy Montana

really gives you a feeling of empowerment and then rips the soul from your body
I love how he just sings this naturally while reading the words from is phone. Pure Perfection
Him: Vibing
The song: "They said he hit that guardrail at half past three"
Him: Woah ×15-ish, time out.
I had the same feeling the first time I heard the song..I was like 'hold up, what..' lol wow
Surprised you didn’t comment on Luke absolutely belting out 5:18 to 5:43 in a single breath. Insane breath control. Man has got a set of pipes on him!
I think he snuck one breath in that time range but it's still my favorite part of the song, Luke nailed this version.
My older brother died from a motorcycle accident. This song has a special meaning to me.
Hope you’re okay lil bro❤️

Damn prayers brother
“What Happened Luke?!”
I think we all had that reaction.
This song perfectly describes life. You could be having a grand time, living it up, no worries...then you get a call.
So funny to see how much of a country fan you have become over the years. Welcome to the party pal!

You're right AB; practically every song he's come out with has been a hit.
He's magical when he sings. He did the last courase
with one breath
He told you in the beginning of the song "He kick started that bike one night and broke Mommas heart"
Sure that’s not because he left home for the wild east?
@@jaredguest7170double entendre for sure.
@@jaredguest7170 Wild West actually

I seriously bawled when I heard this the first time. Lost my boy on a motorcycle in the mountains of Colorado.
This will always have a place in my heart. I always get chills when he "said he hit that guardrail at half pass 3"

It was written for Eric church. But he then gave it to luke
@boom6432 well I absolutely love Luke singing it
It floated around for years before he decided to pick it
He sure does it convincingly
It's true somewhere in the world, I can guarantee you that sister

Ab please do a tribute to Toby Keith who passed away last night “How do you like me now?” RIP ❤️
Yes plz check out Toby Keith
Yes! His voice could melt butter! I am currently obsessed with this song & play it on repeat ❤
Beautiful song
He just won CMA awards and a Grammy for Fast Car by Tracey Chapman! They just performed it Sunday! Incredible!! 💋💋💋
Unfortunately, he still hasn’t won a Grammy yet. BUT… he did win the CMA for Single of the Year!
Every single time I hear this song it sends chills down my spine. See Me Now and Tattoos on a Sunburn are also really good songs from him. ❤
This song makes you imagine and think about every single thing happening , i can picture it in my head! Just Amazing!!! 🙌🤙
My favorite song by him!
I saw him in July of 2018 and again in June of this year and it was two of the best experiences of my life
AB you were not expecting that ending.. you all good kid . ❤
No one ever excepts an ending like that
I seen this man in concert he is even more fire in person and that was almost 7 yrs ago when he was barely a name
Same. I saw him at the Patriotic Festival in VB. Great show

The fact that ab can actually sing in crazy

I love your reactions
I love when you sing! ❤

Dam, I love that song! ❤❤❤
My little brother passed on a motorcycle back in 2021 so this song hits hard 😭❤️
Garth Brooks received entertainer of the year and in his speech said to watch Luck..
3:08 your face when he hits the notes

Everyone's reaction is the same....the ending though 😢😢😢😢😢
I never knew this was a sad song until someone told me. 😂 So I get it....
Amazing song, yet so casually performed.
The effortlessness of him singing those notes with that breath is crazy

Listen to Luke Combs Beautiful Crazy
You need to listen to Warren Zeiders. His music is sooo good
Its a beautiful song, although there is a dark line its still great, like I feel bad about the passing but its done nicely and tells a great story
You gotta watch out with the country songs. They love to throw you curve balls.
why does it kinda bother me how effortless he makes that look.
Im glad my brother didn't die yet both of my brothers didn't die and i cant believe what i would do because my older brother is the best brother i could have i cant believe what would happen when he dies

I wanna see a video with characters

My own reaction almost exactly the same…
Yo do Jamey Johnson, dirt cheap I think is the name . If your a parent out there you gonna 😢
Luke didn't write this, so his brother (he's an only child) didn't die.
Not every song is about an actual scenario personally to the artist

It’s country. Not Mario cart. Whohoo
FYI he does not have a brother
