I’m 36 1/2 weeks and that was tough!! I’ll be repeating this again & again till I pop! Thank you!
Congrats! Glad you enjoyed it!❤
I'm 19 weeks, u can never start too early. I feel alot better this helped my stiff hip joints, thank you.
So true! Congratulations and glad it helped you!❤
Thanks for this one! My hips are so sore and I’m not even halfway through my pregnancy 😂
A tip for those of you in the third trimester; I found that swimming was the best form of movement as I neared the end of my first pregnancy. It felt so good to swim and relieve the pressure on the hips and pelvis ❤
I can relate; glad it was helpful! And that is a wonderful suggestion-swimming is so good for your joints and helpful for optimal baby positioning, too!
Thank you. I am 31 weeks along and so glad I found your video. I really like your counting down format. It helps me get more out of each stretch knowing that I can breathe while it counts down instead of letting my mind worry about the time. Having an end goal really helps me keep going when things feel tough. Thank you for making this video and I plan to check out more from you soon .
Hi Scarlett! Thank you for the kind feedback; congrats and glad you’re here!❤
Thanks for offering these videos! I’m on my first pregnancy due in January and soooo tight in my pelvic floor and hips.
Congrats! So glad you enjoyed this workout. 🤍
During modified pigeon I was like, “whoa! Lauren’s got some guns!” I need to step up my arm game. Thanks for another great video!
Thanks, Natalie! Glad you enjoyed the workout. I’ve got more pregnancy and postpartum workouts coming soon! ❤️
Great sharing. Just joined you,my friend!💕
Thanks so much! ❤️
My hips are tight anyways, but taking progesterone injections made them even tighter. This stretch felt so good! 30 weeks now 😊
So glad it helped you!! You’re almost there!!
I’m due in 2 days 😅 this all felt really good. I was a ballerina and practice yoga regularly for 10 years or so.
Wow!! Way to keep going! Congrats and glad it helped!❤
I’m 36 weeks!! Can’t wait 😄😅
Congrats!! So close!🎉
can u start this at 26 weeks ?
Definitely! It won’t induce labor or anything, but will help with later stage pregnancy discomfort and prep for labor!
Loved this video, Thank you!!! Just did these stretches and plan to watch your videos to help me stretch & relax as I approach my Feb 19 due date with my first.🩵
I’m so glad they helped you! Congratulations, you’re almost there!❤❤
