Thanks for working out with me!

Thank you. I am 31 weeks along and so glad I found your video. I really like your counting down format. It helps me get more out of each stretch knowing that I can breathe while it counts down instead of letting my mind worry about the time. Having an end goal really helps me keep going when things feel tough. Thank you for making this video and I plan to check out more from you soon .
Hi Scarlett! Thank you for the kind feedback; congrats and glad you’re here!❤
I'm 19 weeks, u can never start too early. I feel alot better this helped my stiff hip joints, thank you.
So true! Congratulations and glad it helped you!❤
Thanks for this one! My hips are so sore and I’m not even halfway through my pregnancy 😂
A tip for those of you in the third trimester; I found that swimming was the best form of movement as I neared the end of my first pregnancy. It felt so good to swim and relieve the pressure on the hips and pelvis ❤
I can relate; glad it was helpful! And that is a wonderful suggestion-swimming is so good for your joints and helpful for optimal baby positioning, too!
I’m 36 1/2 weeks and that was tough!! I’ll be repeating this again & again till I pop! Thank you!
Congrats! Glad you enjoyed it!❤
Currently days away from 40 weeks and this was a nice comfort stretch to prep for labor.
I’m so glad! Hang in there!❤
23 weeks and I loved these stretches thank you so much ❤ back pain and body pain is the worst
So glad it helped you! ❤
Thanks for offering these videos! I’m on my first pregnancy due in January and soooo tight in my pelvic floor and hips.
Congrats! So glad you enjoyed this workout. 🤍
I’m due in 2 days 😅 this all felt really good. I was a ballerina and practice yoga regularly for 10 years or so.
Wow!! Way to keep going! Congrats and glad it helped!❤
34+5 with my first! This was hard because I'm very tight; however, it felt nice to relax and prepare at the same time. Thanks for the quick yet effective stretch.
So glad it was helpful! Congrats, you’re almost there!❤
I'm scheduled to deliver today, 40 weeks. This was super helpful!! Thanks very much!!
Congratulations! ❤
During modified pigeon I was like, “whoa! Lauren’s got some guns!” I need to step up my arm game. Thanks for another great video!
Thanks, Natalie! Glad you enjoyed the workout. I’ve got more pregnancy and postpartum workouts coming soon! ❤️
Loved this video, Thank you!!! Just did these stretches and plan to watch your videos to help me stretch & relax as I approach my Feb 19 due date with my first.🩵
I’m so glad they helped you! Congratulations, you’re almost there!❤❤
Oooh, February 18 due date over here 👋🏻 Also my first baby 😱 Let’s see who comes first 😅 Best of luck with birth and everything!!
@@Xxbabyxxdollxx91xX aww same time! How exciting. Praying for a safe & healthy delivery. 🙏🏼
I am hyper mobile, soon a mom to be. Searching for the info what’s needed for a labour from mobility point of view…I am confused because I always was beyond through all these positions. I don’t know if I need to exercise or just to leave in peace…I feel my hips becoming even more flexible because of hormones. But thank you it was nice to see all these exercises.
My hips are tight anyways, but taking progesterone injections made them even tighter. This stretch felt so good! 30 weeks now 😊
So glad it helped you!! You’re almost there!!
Thank you 🤍🙋🏽♀️
39 Weeks!
Congratulations!!🎉
32 weeks with my first kiddo, super anxious about giving birth 😂 hope this helps for a smooth labor
Congrats! It will definitely help you relax!
Is it okay to lay on your back and do stretches like the last one if your baby is in OP position?
I am not sure-check with your provider ❤
I just found this video I’m 34 weeks and 5 days that was hard but so worth it
❤❤
Hi. I have a spinal injury from assaulting during my last child birth and I’m early . I’m scared and I want a painless delivery
Hi! I’m praying for you! I recommend speaking with your medical provider about your concerns ❤
Hi, I’m 17 weeks pregnant. Can I start this exercise or shall I start it in my third trimester?
You can start now, it doesn’t hurt! I also have a playlist of workouts for each trimester on my channel playlists! ❤
Great sharing. Just joined you,my friend!💕
Thanks so much! ❤️
38+5 and boo my crotch be hurting!!!! The frog stretch felt so frikkin good
Glad it helped you! Hang in there!!🫶🏻
can u start this at 26 weeks ?
Definitely! It won’t induce labor or anything, but will help with later stage pregnancy discomfort and prep for labor!
I’m 36 weeks!! Can’t wait 😄😅
Congrats!! So close!🎉
I don’t feel like happy baby is 3rd trimester appropriate. This baby will suffocate me if I lay on my back
Definitely listen to your body! The stretches may not work for everyone ❤
It’s not recommended at all especially in 2nd and 3rd trimester!!
Agree this should be called out in the description as first trimester stretches otherwise eliminate that one.
