I was sent this video at 40 weeks and 2 days so I did it twice that day. I’ve done it everyday since with everything else I’ve had recommended and my cervix is still long and firm (not ready) so no one else get disheartened when reading all the amazing comments like I did if it doesn’t work for you! Im now week 41 and just trying to remember my baby will come when my baby is ready
I did this last night because yesterday was my due date I was 40 weeks and labor started after 5 and now I’m writing this at 8cm dilated in my hospital bed ❤❤❤❤❤
I never thought i would write a comment on youtube, but here I am. I desperately needed to induce labor as the baby weight was a bit more than average and the doctor wanted to induce me in 4 days if it did not happen naturally.. I did these exercises (the ones that i find suitable for me) at 39+5. And guess what , the labour started on its own the next day!! after 22 hours my little baby boy was born at 39+6 . And here I am holding my baby 16 days later in my arms writing this. Thank you!!!! ❤
I was 38 weeks 2 days and have been exercising throughout. Well I did this video and wasn’t expecting anything…well sure enough later that night when I did this video my water broke late that night and now my baby girl is 1 month today. This video worked for me 😅
Jessica, I've followed your channel my entire pregnancy. Some days I would do 2-3 workouts a day to help ease aches and pains. On Monday at 6:30 p.m. I went into active labor with consistent contractions and I turned on this video to help move baby down into position. It was intense! By 10:50 p.m. I had my baby girl in my arms, I only pushed 2-3 times when my body told me it was time. I wanted my second labor to be fast with no tearing and it's exactly what I got and I completely credit your helpful videos. Thank you so much for this content. I'm sharing your channel with other Mom friends and singing your praises. You make such a difference in our lives!
This helped me go into labor last time... I went to the hospital at 9cm dilated and did not feel the contractions...I swear... once at the hospital I had my 9lb baby 15 Mins later with no epidural
My doctor suggested me to get admitted on 1st June as my due date was on 2nd for medical induction of labour and I was strictly against it because I wanted to induce labour naturally so I did this exercise in the morning and in the night before going to sleep . And on very next day in the morning my contractions started at 8 AM and I gave birth to a beautiful baby girl at 7 PM so I would like to say that this exercise works along with that I was also taking 6 to8 dates in a day so this exercise definitely works and I would like to say thanks from bottom of my heart
Ok...please if you haven't been doing this routine please do i started doing this at 37weeks first started once daily at 39 i started twice a day with eating dates and pineapple fast forward to delivery gave birth birth at 40 + 1day labored for 4hrs pushed just twice and guess what the doctor said and i quote "this is the first delivery i have taken with no stress" My little angel is two weeks today. Thank you ma💓💓💓💓💓
Did this work out at my due date, exactly 40 weeks, woke up next morning having contractions! Came to the hospital and was admitted right away with 5cm dialated. Lets see how this goes! Currently at hospital waiting for baby boy arrival🤗
I did this for 3 days in a row. After the 3rd time, at midnight, I started having contractions and delivered after 11 hours. Baby delivered at exactly 40 weeks. Good luck to all you new mommas!
So for the ones reading the comments to get encouraged: at 36 weeks my baby was breech, so I did the video of "how to turn your baby instantly" for 4 days, after that she turned around. Then I started to do this video and I took it really seriously for maybe a week, today I did it in the morning with my little daughters it was really nice. At 5pm until 10pm I started to have contractions, irregular at first at 10 pm they were regular and painful (but tolerable not "screaming in pain painful").I headed to the hospital, my water broke in the ER, straight to delivery room, I swear after 10 minutes and after 1 PUSH she was here, it was amazing and we were all including the staff very surprised, I did it before the doctor came, by myself because it was super fast. Thank you Jessica I am positive your exercises played a major role on this positive experience (I also remembered what you said about the respiration technic in other video, and how to relax between contractions and how I was bold enough to push even without a doctor because I felt the need to do it and remembered what you said in other video) . So thank you again it was amazing I hope everybody will have this positive experience!!!❤❤❤❤❤
I did this workout on my 38 + 5 weeks and it worked greatly. I started with contractions early in the morning and we even drove to the hospital at noon thinking that it was already time to give birth. When we arrived I was only 2-3cm dilated. I went home, rested and at about 6.30pm I started this routine. My water broke right after I finished the routine while I was taking a hot shower. My baby (first born) was born 3h29min after by natural birth without any medication at all (as I wanted ☺️) I was 8cm at 9pm when we arrived to the hospital for the second time. Thank you Jessica for all the help this channel offered me during my pregnancy and childbirth.
Thanks to this video...i was 38 weeks and 4 days pregnant and hopelessly waiting for labor to come or else i will be scheduled for induction at 39 weeks.then i found this video did the exercise at around 11pm.i woke up at 9am the next day with ruptured bag of water.at 9.15am contraction began with labor pain.arrived at hospital at 10.20am i was 4cm. admitted to labor and delivery room at 10.40am and 7cm already. then delivered my little boy at 11.55am.it was a very fast delivery.and i think this exercise contribute a lot for my fast delivery.thanks again.
At 39 weeks 4 days I was 2cm dilated, I did this complete video from start to finish one time at 3pm and was at 6cm dilated and in active labor by 10pm I am AMAZED!!! This video worked for me 🙌🏼
Thank you! Amazing practise and I'm saving it to do it again! 38w+2d wish me luck ladies! If you read this part hope you will all have the labor and delivery of your dreams 🥰💟
Beatrice Picchi We are cheering for you too, Beatrice! You are so prepared 🙌 Sending you love and strength ... so excited for you to meet your baby... not long now 💞
Hello Jess, My name is Ira and I am desperate to birth my baby normally. I am 41 years old and this is my 2nd pregnancy after 13 years. It has been around 39 weeks and still the baby is high up .Docter says may be my pelvic bone is small. Can you suggest some thing for this .
I did this work out yesterday & walked for abt a hour today & now I’m down in labor & delivery having the worst back contractions! I didn’t think this would work because nothing ever has but this definitely did something
Practiced this routine consistently from the 38/39 week mark up until my due date. My water broke in my sleep at 40 + 1 day, and I gave birth (unmedicated) within 7.5 hours. My husband and I truly think this routine helped play a part in ensuring our baby girl was in a great position to come out!
Thank you! I started doing this particular video two weeks before due date. I figure he was going to be born on due date because my other son was born on his due date as well. Anyways I was having contractions on June 13,2021 and decided to do your video before I went to the hospital and when I arrived I was 8 cm dilated. I was able to breathe through the pain and within three push he was out. I talk about your video to everyone I know. Keep up the amazing work.
I was 38 weeks and 2 days pregnant. I did this yoga session on Tuesday, Wednesday started having contractions leading into Thursday and had my baby girl that afternoon! This was the real deal!
did this workout every day the week of my due date and went into labor at 40+3! I had a very fast and smooth unmedicated delivery and am feeling great 3 weeks postpartum. Thanks for all the amazing work you do Jessica, I spent so much of my pregnancy on your channel and am excited to dive into the postpartum videos soon!!
Had to come back to comment i did this video at 39 weeks 5 days. My baby was very ready but my water broke within one hour and I delivered the same night. I really appreciated the affirmations at the end. Thank you!
I was 40 weeks and I went to the doctors the day before my due date and had zero signs of labor and was still dilated 2cm since my last appointment which was a week ago.. I was so disappointed and was determined to get this baby out! I stumbled across this video and decided to try it out.. along with many other things! But the next morning i was in labor and delivered my baby boy the very next day I was in labor total of 25hrs! I truly think this video helped and really kicked started my labor! So glad I found this video! Thank you
I was over due did this video one time and went into labor 2 hours later. Definitely recommend this video to anyone who is trying to get the baby out 😂
I did this during early labor, and had been doing video to engage baby's head for a few days prior. Delivered healthy baby boy about 10 hours later. Baby #5 for us!
3 hari sebelum lahiran aq yoga pakai ini.. manjur banget.. lahiran.q lancar, cepat dan kontraksi 3 jam langsung bukaan 10.. terimakasih sudah menyediakan ilmunya.. salam dari Indonesia
It really worked? I’m 40+5 and am supposed to get induced next week but really wanted to go into labor on my own. I’ve been doing everything but think I might give this video a try tonight.
I've been stuck in pre-labor for almost an entire week! 37w6d, 2cm, almost fully effaced. Already had my show and lost my plug and NO PROGRESS!! I'm trying this tonight and I will keep you updated! I go for a sweep on Monday if no baby shows up this weekend!
It’s great to know this worked for so many people. I’m 41+3 weeks and have completed the exercises 3 times but nothing 🤷🏼♀️ so for all those mamas reading the comments of it working so well for others, you’re not alone! Don’t be disheartened 🤍
@@angelicamariarendon4874 I’m afraid not. I was induced at 42 weeks and my little boy arrived 42+1. The exercises probably helped my body to be strong for labour, which it needed to be as it was long and intense. I’m sure there are still benefits to the stretches even if it doesn’t start labour.
This workout really works. I did one yesterday and one today at 39w+5 days and after 5 hours my water broke then my cervix opened so fast in 4 hours only I gave birth to my baby💙 thank you 🙏
I have been having prodomal labor since I am 36 weeks , I am now 38 weeks and 4 days 😪 I even went to hospital and was sent home because my contractions are too irregular...I just did these exercises I truly pray they can help my body go into active labor 🙏🙏
I did your workouts everyday throughout my pregnancy (yoga, cardio, walking workouts, strength etc.) and delivered my baby the way I wanted to on my due date. So glad I exercised and kept fit because giving birth was the hardest workout I ever had to do. Thank you for making these videos, can’t wait to do the postpartum ones.
My waters broke and labor didn’t start within the first 48 hours… induction around the corner. I did this video before going to acupuncture and I was in labor 2 hours later! Not sure what did it but I’m so grateful I got to have a beautiful home birth.
Just coming on here to say thank you!! I’ve done your yoga videos during my 3rd pregnancy and gave birth a week ago. Your videos were super helpful, especially the breathing techniques and different labor positions. It was a short but intense labor yet I felt more in control, in a way, with my breathing and movement this time around. Thank you!!
I love these videos. I have been doing this one in particular everyday since my 37th week. I am now 40 + 3 weeks. Still waiting for labor to begin and have an induction date set for next week but hoping for it to happen naturally before then. My cervix is soft and 3 cms dilated. I got wrapped up in the comment sections pretty often, thinking it might be a magic thing. But as she says, it's when baby is ready and this is only to help them on their way. So this comment is for the mommas that are feeling unsuccessful, keep doing what you're doing. Baby will be here soon and as impatient as you might feel to hold your lil one.. enjoy this time of movement and relaxation while you still have them closer than they can ever be. You're going to do amazing!
@@biancamadsen4888 My birth went amazing! Thank you for asking. Ended up being induced at 41 weeks but he was ready to go right away. I only actively pushed for 30 minutes! It was such a positive birth experience and I credit it to all these yoga videos. Currently continuing them postpartum just now with baby beside me. :)
@@gracefarrell1818 that is SO awesome to hear! Congratulations mama! 💗 I too got a bit caught up in the comment section thinking it might magically put me into labour as I was overdue as well but finally naturally went into labour at 41+2 and had the natural water birth I planned!! My labour was long but beautiful🙌🏻 and I definitely think these workouts gave my body the strength to get through it. Can’t wait to start the postpartum ones!
Jessica, you are a magician! I practiced this and within 3 hours, I was in active labor. I was already in a rather drawn out latent stage and would have been induced otherwise. Thank you so much for this!
I did this yoga a few times during my 38th week and my water broke after 2 days starting this! Although I was very active my whole pregnancy, I believe this exercise helped a lot too! so thank you!!!
I was at 39w+4d when I did this workout, 6 hours later I went into labor and it also helped me with my back pains. Thank you very much, I highly recommend it.🙂
I was trying not to get induced to do a VBAC and your risk is higher with induction. Was a week early with my first. I did do yoga/ pelvic floor physio all through my pregnancy, did a membrane sweep at 37 +8 weeks. I found this video at 38+2 weeks. I did it daily and it really helped me feel well, improved my hip pain and I was able to walk longer the few days before baby was born. My mucous plug came out and water broke at 39 weeks. I did this video 2 times in early labour waiting for baby. I progressed well in labour and baby was in a perfect position and my cervix soft. I laboured from 6am June 5 and was admitted June 6 at 12:15 and 4cm. In 20 min baby somehow crowed and I needed to push missing my epidural. He came out in two pushes and I used the pushing technique I practiced in this video. His heart rate was critically low and he needed to get out quickly and I thank the practice in this video for that, for helping me get baby in a good position and for helping my body feel better in those ohh so hard days before pregnancy.
I’m 39 weeks today and I have been doing yoga with you since the beginning of my pregnancy and now I’m approaching the end of this journey and I cannot wait to meet my baby girl 😭💗 thank you for your videos and positive affirmations for all of the pregnant mamas out there🥰
Postpartum mama here! I did all her exercises, plus 20 minutes of curb walking during the last week of my pregnancy, and I had a normal delivery. I started these exercises at 36 weeks, so if you're starting late, don’t worry-just do your best! Most importantly, stay relaxed! Wishing you all the best if you're reading this. 😊
Woke up in the middle of the night and came across this video said let’s do it! I’m currently 40+2 weeks pregnant 🤰🏽 and pushing through on a positive note!!
I did this July 22nd 2021 at about 12 am and started contracting throughout the day thought I was Braxton hicks but I had him July 23rd 4:47 am ! So I trust this method im am now pregnant with baby number 2 and back here saving this video for when im full term ! 💙🙏🏽😊
Perfect workout. I did first Sunday morning, my water broke Monday morning (38+2) with contractions every 15 min. Around 13:00 I did workout once more, contractions started 7,6,5,3 min and I delivered baby at 15:00 with 2-3 pushes! I was also taking raspberry leaf tea for a week and had one acupuncture session, but I am sure that this workout had significant influence. THANK YOU!
I did this for 3 days and I found out today in dilated to a 0.5, so I’m going to do this again tonight and hope baby girl makes her arrival tomorrow or this weekend! Will post an update. ❤
I want you to know that his workout really works! I did it in the morning on the day I wanted to start labor (39.3 weeks). Contractions started at night after. Thank you so much Jess for all the work you do. I have been following your videos throughout my pregnancy and will continue to recover after labor. 😘
I’m currently 40 weeks and 4 days and I’ve been trying everything to get my baby out, super excited to try these exercises bc the comments sound great!
I did this video at 39 weeks and I went into labor the next evening. I also walked a mile this day too. I don’t know if it was the video but I definitely think it helped!! Thank you so much!
Saw all the positive comments, not one to comment also but had to. Was 41+3 really wanting to avoid induction. I started this yoga at 41 weeks doing it around twice a day and went into labour 3 days later. Was also going for walks, raspberry leaf tea and pineapples but was doing those things before the 41 weeks, this specific yoga video was the only new thing I introduced at 41 weeks. I was also doing Pregnancy yoga and exercises throughout the pregnancy. I do think this video had a part to play in getting things moving!
Hi Jessica, I followed you during my pregnancy. I am a bit late for the post but it's a genuine one. I had a normal delivery with natural labour pain. Thank you so much for putting yourself here and helping us. Now I will follow your postpartum routine!
I’ve been following your channel since my 1st pregnancy in 2020! I just had my 2nd natural home birth on the 9th of March, he was 2 days past his due date so I tried this routine, once in the morning and once at lunch, and he came quick and easy at 11:07 pm!! Thank you so much for your videos and channel. The only yoga I did both my pregnancies was from your guidance.
I had to come back and give my review. At 9pm 14/03/2022 did this exercise, my water broke at 1:40am 15/03/2022, gave birth to my baby boy at 4:20 am. The nurses were shocked at how fast I progressed. Also note that 2 weeks prior I started drinking raspberry leaf tea twice a day and eating 2 date fruits 3 times a day. So thank you for the exercise it really helped
At 38 wks 4 days and I was dialted to a 3 and 80%. I did this video every day for a week and my next weekly appointment i was at 7 and went in to have my baby that day!
I'm following your channel since my 27th week of pregnacy from germany and did your workouts nearly every day until the end of my 2nd pregnacy. I did this Video daily at the end of my pregnacy until 41+3 and should be induced one day later. Fortunately contractions started in the evening bevor inducing date and my son was born after 1,5 hours. It was a very quick but positive labor and I am sure that doing all your workouts made me feel such strong and confident and had a positive influence on the uncomplicated delivery. A big thanks to you and your positive way to teach. I'm looking forward to start the prenatal workout plan. Kind regards from germany!!
Did this yoga after my waters broke to induce contractions. It made me feel more relaxed and confident that everything would go great. And it did!!! Thank you very much for your videos
The last sentence got me so emotional I teared up :) I've done these exercises 2 days in a row and at midnight my water broke. I was in labour for 2 consecutive nights, but the contractions ceased when the sun came up, and they didn't seem to be getting stronger, so on the third day we went to the hospital to speed things up. I gave birth on the fourth day which was physically very challenging because of the lack of sleep and nutritions as I couldn't sleep or eat because of the intense pain at night. I was desperate to get baby out! However, the active labour phase was only 6 hours long on oxytocin and I could cope with the contractions very well. My daughter is healthy and happy, she is almost 3 weeks old now :)
I did these exercises along with squats, bouncing on an exercise ball and walking . I was in labor the next day ! Now I’m trying it again with my 3rd pregnancy!! Thanks so much
I've liked this n pray it works in shaa Allah. I've started it today at 34wks n I think by the end of I'll be so much used n easy. Ya Allah grant safe delivery to all mothers n their babies. Ameen Ameen Ameen yarabb
Did this excercise at 38 and 4! Next day I woke up with mild cramping but nothing crazy. 38 and 5 today I had an appointment. I’m 3 cm and 75%! OB said baby will be here anytime soon!
37 + 5 weeks doing this and praying for a natural labor. I’d love to be early lol but as long as it happens naturally and isn’t over a couple days late.
Did this workout 2 days in a row and in the evening of day two (39+3) labour started! Thank you Jess, I believe doing your workouts contributed to an easy and positive birthing experience!
So I was doing yoga and other excercises like walking, being active in general, miles circuit a couple of times, massage etc. At 39+3 I climbed the hill next to us with my mother and next day I had my mucus plug fall out, I delivered my baby girl in 2 hours at 39+5 without any epidural, any intervention, no painkillers after, no tearing. The most painful were the postpartum contractions, although also the actual contractions and the pushing phase were hard, but yoga and other activities kept me in good shape to endure. Thank you 🙏🏻🙏🏻 P.s: this was my second pregnancy with a difficult first delivery experience
This worked!! I have been meaning to comment on here since July. I was due to be induced at 38 weeks plus 4 days - despite a healthy pregnancy they wanted to induce me early because my maternal age was 43 and statistical there are more instances of failed placenta towards the very end of pregnancy for 'geriatric' mums. I did this workout a few days before and my waters broke in the early hours of the following day - I then went into labour naturally. A bit of a long labour and the birth a bit tricky as baby was in the back to back position, but I managed a natural birth with just gas and air. My daughter Bibi is 6 months old today and doing great! I had been doing lots of routines from this channel throughout my pregancy and so pleased I did this one - thank you Jess! (I ate some cherries too which was recommended on another video :))
Omg I was told I was having a large baby and would be induced so I wanted to go into natural labour beforehand. I did this workout on 37+6 and no joke, I went into the labour a few hours later. Not sure if it was a coincidence but this worked for me and I gave a birth to my son this morning. I did follow your other videos throughout and had a wonderful birth, thank you.
I’ve been doing a variety of Jessica’s videos to prepare my body for labour for a few weeks now. Today I am 38w1d anticipating an induction at 38w5d. Doctor said baby was already nicely settled yesterday so hopefully four days of these will get him going before induction!
I’m 36 weeks now, did this workout today. At first I was afraid if it induces labour early but I found out that all the moves were the ones which I practiced daily with you in other sequences. Thank you for being with me during my pregnancy 🌹❤️
I watched this vidoe and I did it on the 20th of this month and my water broke yesterday the 21st 39 weeks 2days I was suppose to be due on the 26th of this month, this workout is unbelievable ❤❤❤
I’m 40+5 today, I have been practicing exercises from this channel since week 30. My baby is still very high on my pelvis, no labour signs, midwife thinks I’ll reach 42 weeks and beyond. I like the channel and enjoy doing exercises, but baby will come when he decides to come
@@DeeEyeAyeEnAye I went into labour when I was 41+4, laboured for almost 48 hours, but unfortunately his position didn’t allow a vaginal birth. We ended up having an emergency c-section
I couldn’t almost couldn’t believe the comments after doing this practice myself the evening before I was scheduled to be induced at 39 weeks. I did it once and the next morning my water broke with a wonderfully smooth delivery. I definitely recommend this practice & her other video with suggested ways to induce naturally to get things on a timely, healthy track. 🙏🏼
Thank you from the bottom of my heart for ALL of your amazing content. You have been on my screen multiple days a week throughout pregnancy and I’m so grateful!
I'm 39+5 days pregnant and I've been exercising with your videos throughout the whole pregnancy, walking, dancing and being active. I've done this video today and hopefully, this will help me not needing and induction next week.❤️❤️
This worked! I was 4 days late, did this 2x in one day (along with a short walk and some other things they say help) and went into labor at 4am the next morning 🥳. Thank youuuu!!!
Thank you so much for these videos. I was supposed to have induction due to GD but had natural labour and birth within 6hrs at 39 weeks. I had done this yoga from 37 weeks.
Whose else is here for the comments?
I'm 35 weeks and super excited to try this exercise at 37weeks.

Thank you. 40+3 here, doing this video everyday and cervix is still not ready either :(
Yeah I’m convinced a lot of this stuff is to just make you feel better in the meantime. Baby comes when they’re ready
I've been doing this nearly everyday since being 37 weeks I'm overdue now and all I got was losing my mucus plug. 😢
I didn't believe the comments, but after doing this workout 2 days in a row, I was into labor and delivered my baby in 6 hours. Thanks ❤
I did this last night because yesterday was my due date I was 40 weeks and labor started after 5 and now I’m writing this at 8cm dilated in my hospital bed ❤❤❤❤❤

This is so great but i did this two days it doesn't work for me I don't know why 😟
this is the dream delivery everyone would wish for. Congratulations!!
I was taking cinnamon and ginger tea for a week already and doing walking exercise for an hour per day.but no effect until i did this exercise.😊
Thank you so much for the very beneficial comment and congratulations!
I wanted to ask you did u repeat this exercise more than once?
@@angeliesepe-medrano397 that's great please tell us more thank you

Wow, the dream!!
Did you use birth ball

@@All-round-victory this is my second pregnancy. Last time I had c section. Heavy contraction but no dilation. What you did for dilation.
At 39 weeks 4 days I was 2cm dilated, I did this complete video from start to finish one time at 3pm and was at 6cm dilated and in active labor by 10pm I am AMAZED!!! This video worked for me 🙌🏼
Wow! I’m 39+4, 2cm dilated; just did this starting at 3:30pm - hoping for same success!
Thank you! Amazing practise and I'm saving it to do it again! 38w+2d wish me luck ladies!
If you read this part hope you will all have the labor and delivery of your dreams 🥰💟

So what happened
@@ayeshamalik4050 baby came out 41w but labor lasted 3 hrs and everything was perfect!
Hello Jess,
My name is Ira and I am desperate to birth my baby normally.
This worked for me! I did this exercise at 9 pm at night, took a hot shower, and at 7 am my water broke! Delivered my baby at 1:30 pm. Thank you!
Thank you!
Ahhhh!!! Amazing and huge congratulations on your baby! Thank you for sharing 💓💓💓
5cm 50% 37 weeks gonna see what this does for labor !!! Keep you updated !
Definitely recommend this video to anyone who is trying to get the baby out 😂
Lol. Im five days+ reading comments first if I should do this 😂
Really
39 weeks + 4, I’ve been doing this for a few times and patiently waiting !
Hope today is the day
I’m 39th week 1day trying this out. 😂🤭
Pregnant with second baby , will definitely be doing this video again in a couple weeks. 🤞
I am almost 39 weeks... started this today. Will give an update. Thankyou all those who shared their experiences.
Sister kia bana fir apka? update?
I did this during early labor, and had been doing video to engage baby's head for a few days prior. Delivered healthy baby boy about 10 hours later. Baby #5 for us!
When did you started this exercises
3 hari sebelum lahiran aq yoga pakai ini.. manjur banget.. lahiran.q lancar, cepat dan kontraksi 3 jam langsung bukaan 10.. terimakasih sudah menyediakan ilmunya.. salam dari Indonesia
I am overdue and do not want to be induced so I decided to watch this video and do the exercises wish me luck -update: worked for me thank you!!!
It really worked? I’m 40+5 and am supposed to get induced next week but really wanted to go into labor on my own. I’ve been doing everything but think I might give this video a try tonight.
I'm 40+4.... Did this. Not working for me 😞
How long did it take for you to go into labor?
Update. I went into labor 3 days later. Maybe my body just needed more time.
It actually works. I did the workouts for five days and my labour started. I delivered my baby at 38 weeks 3 days..
Thank you so much
Were you already dilated?
I've been stuck in pre-labor for almost an entire week! 37w6d, 2cm, almost fully effaced. Already had my show and lost my plug and NO PROGRESS!! I'm trying this tonight and I will keep you updated! I go for a sweep on Monday if no baby shows up this weekend!
Did it work? On the same boat 😩
You’re truly the best. I’m 39+1 my midwife said there are no signs labor will be anytime soon. I’ll show her!
It’s great to know this worked for so many people. I’m 41+3 weeks and have completed the exercises 3 times but nothing 🤷🏼♀️ so for all those mamas reading the comments of it working so well for others, you’re not alone! Don’t be disheartened 🤍
40+5 here, really needed this comment 😢 did you end up going into labor spontaneously?
@@angelicamariarendon4874 I’m afraid not. I was induced at 42 weeks and my little boy arrived 42+1. The exercises probably helped my body to be strong for labour, which it needed to be as it was long and intense. I’m sure there are still benefits to the stretches even if it doesn’t start labour.
@@holzwhoo Congratulations on your little one. I'm glad your baby is earthside. I'm sure you did amazing!!
I'm 41+2 today :(
40weeks + 3 days Stil no any labour pain sign 🙄
This workout really works. I did one yesterday and one today at 39w+5 days and after 5 hours my water broke then my cervix opened so fast in 4 hours only I gave birth to my baby💙 thank you 🙏
Is that real
Congratulations on your baby and beautiful homebirth!!! So happy for you and I hope you are recovering well ❤️
THANK YOU SO MUCH. DID THESE EXERCISES, WENT INTO LABOR THE NEXT DAY AT 38+6 weeks. 10 hour labor. My baby boy is finally here 💙
Just coming on here to say thank you!!
Would love to know how your birth went!
I too got a bit caught up in the comment section thinking it might magically put me into labour as I was overdue as well but finally naturally went into labour at 41+2 and had the natural water birth I planned!!
I just did this, I’m 39 weeks tomorrow and feeling really good! Praying my baby is ready to meet very soon 🙏🏻🤞🏻
Have you had him yet? ❤🎉 I’m currently 39 +1 and so tempted to start all the “naturally inducing” methods lol.
I did this yoga a few times during my 38th week and my water broke after 2 days starting this! Although I was very active my whole pregnancy, I believe this exercise helped a lot too! so thank you!!!
39 weeks and 4 days as I tried this out! MY BODY IS READY TO BIRTH MY BABY!!! MY BIRTH WILL BE EASY!!! I AM READY TO BIRTH MY BABY!!!
Update: I did it again this afternoon & have had no contractions at all 🥺
I was at 39w+4d when I did this workout, 6 hours later I went into labor and it also helped me with my back pains.
41+2 and loved this video! I feel like doing it again later today and again tomorrow. Wish me luck!
40 weeks and 1 Day. Thank you for all your videos!! They have been a lifeline for me through this pregnancy. Hoping to meet this little boy soon!
I did this July 22nd 2021 at about 12 am and started contracting throughout the day thought I was Braxton hicks but I had him July 23rd 4:47 am ! So I trust this method im am now pregnant with baby number 2 and back here saving this video for when im full term ! 💙🙏🏽😊
Oh wow. I had a July baby in 2021 and now I am doing this with my second baby due in October.
@@Lifewithnance I will say this method totally works !
I did this when I was on my labor pains Monday it really worked for me,thank you.i now have my baby girl
Happy it was helpful and congratulations on your baby 💞💞💞
I did this workout when I was 39 weeks, the following morning at around 8am labour started and delivered safely at 11:05 am. Thank you so much.
Congratulations on your baby!! 💞💞💞
Oh god, this really works. This yoga induced me labor in a week and helped me to go through normal delivery whereas my first one was C-section.
We're you doing it daily?
I did this video on a Friday afternoon and labor began late Friday evening. Your videos are fantastic- thank you!
So glad it helped move things along and congratulations on your baby! 💗
Did this yoga after my waters broke to induce contractions. It made me feel more relaxed and confident that everything would go great. And it did!!! Thank you very much for your videos
Ur work out help me go in labor had baby Thursday March 28 after doing these exercises 3 days in a row , thank u very much .
I’m currently overdue 40+4….
07:53pm:
I just did this video. Crossing my fingers now, I want to meet my baby boy already!!
38 + 3 now. Have way less energy. Getting closer!
Thank you 🙏🏻🙏🏻
P.s: this was my second pregnancy with a difficult first delivery experience
I did this video on 40wks+2days wishing it could help inducing my labor. My water broke 11:38 and delivered my baby 11hrs after. Thank you!
Congratulations Eve on your beautiful Bibi! So happy it was helpful! YOU did it!!! Thank you for taking the time to share your story 💞
I like the channel and enjoy doing exercises, but baby will come when he decides to come
When did bub make their appearance??

I couldn’t almost couldn’t believe the comments after doing this practice myself the evening before I was scheduled to be induced at 39 weeks. I did it once and the next morning my water broke with a wonderfully smooth delivery. I definitely recommend this practice & her other video with suggested ways to induce naturally to get things on a timely, healthy track. 🙏🏼

Didn’t work at 38w. Baby was not ready, I guess. Doing it tonight again at 40w.
40 weeks+. Took my regular 30 mins walk and tried this at 5pm and went into labor at 12am!!
I'm 39+5 days pregnant and I've been exercising with your videos throughout the whole pregnancy, walking, dancing and being active. I've done this video today and hopefully, this will help me not needing and induction next week.❤️❤️
Would love to know how your birth went! Did you go into labor spontaneously or need the induction? If so, how'd that go?
I was 38w 3d. I did these exercises and my labor pain started. Tomorrow morning my baby was born. Thank you ❤
This worked! I was 4 days late, did this 2x in one day (along with a short walk and some other things they say help) and went into labor at 4am the next morning 🥳. Thank youuuu!!!
Almost 40 weeks along with baby #3 and just finished this video. We'll see how things go, really enjoyed the exercises and bouncing on the ball!
Thank you so much for these videos. I was supposed to have induction due to GD but had natural labour and birth within 6hrs at 39 weeks. I had done this yoga from 37 weeks.
