- May 14, 2022 the Los Padres NF USFS cites Shannon Poe for not paying a garbage collection fee, while on their mining claim which the USFS has no right to demand. This is the explanation...

Some groups cleaned out the abalone, otters... now urchins are eating the entire help forests They need urchin gatherers to save the many critters dependent on the kelp. Once I was standing in the Moss Landing jetty, near where the only river begins draining the giant lake that used to cover the southern half of California in the San Joaquin Valley. The river is now the Salinas. It used to flow into Monterey Bay from the San Gabriels.
While walking my dog at Moss Landing Beach recently, an orca flew out of the channel above my head right next to me. Harbor seals Mr Orca was chasing were already on a restaurant dock! Free Willy🐦🎶🎵💫🏞️🦭🐋🐳🐞

Sorry for this long Response. This is just the tip of the Iceberg, so don't take it as advise. In order to prevail against the USFS, BLM, Police officers, County Tax assessors ad nauseum will require the banishment of PUBLIC POLICY and its creator the BAR associations world wide. I doubt that this will help any of you in any meaningful way apart from maybe spurring your curiosity.
Did you sign their document? Did you attempt to initiate contact with them, or did the Officer attempt to initiate contact with you? Did you inform the Officer that you were not interested in speaking with him/her/it? You are not obligated to do business with them. Did you ask him if he was a Peace Officer? If so did you ask him why he has nothing in his possession or on his uniform that signifies that? Did you ask him for certification of his oath? Did you ask him if his oath is filed locally( by law it must be filed) and where you could go to inspect it? Do you know the difference between a POLICE officer and a Peace officer? Did you know that Impersonating a Police officer is only a Misdemeanor and only carries a 250.00 statutory fine , but Personating a PEACE OFFICER is a Felony with up to a 20,000 dollar fine and 2 years in prison? Now why is that? Did you ask him if he was "On Duty" as a peace officer? Did you ask if he attempted to make contact with you for Peace Officer duties or just Police officer fishing expedition? If he answered in the affirmative that he was a Peace officer, On Duty, and had a Verified Complaint in his possession did you inform him that you will not be doing business with the BAR association pursuant to California Constitution Article 6 Sections 17, 21 , 15 , and 9? That means no BAR Members allowed, No unelected, temporary judges, no commissioners and no proceedings outside the Court of Record that is required by law to have a Duly Elected Judicial official who may not at any time be a member of any BAR, or doing any business on behalf of the BAR. This also means that the District attorney may only make entry into that court of record upon a verified complaint which they do not have. All Police Officers are doing business under the BAR when they approach you, they know nothing but their training as provided by their superiors who are BAR Members AKA Bench Judges, un-elected , and under no obligation of the Law. They practice only PUBLIC POLICY , and are working in the Sheriffs office, and Departments. They will likely " Detain" you if you wont do business with them ( sign their document) and harass you for 72 hrs. in order to get you to agree to do business with their BAR member representatives in the INFERIOR Courts of NO Record , with a BAR Member acting as a judge. The Proof is in the Pudding so to speak. As an example I have read that the PLP has spent large sums , expended time, and vast amounts on attorneys who are all BAR members. While PLP has gained little, the BAR, and the Inferior Courts have made a fortune, and are quite willing to "keep on keeping on" just for you and your funds. The attorneys, and judges, and police officers have no Oath to uphold the California Constitution, or the Republic for the united States of America.
They do however have an oath to the BAR, which is a registered Foreign, For Profit, private Corporation enforcing PUBLIC POLICY which is outside of the Constitutions. It is the BAR association, and their Public Policy that destroys nations, and converts them to empires not just in America, but also Europe, Canada, and Australia as well. Make no mistake they will play very dirty when you fight back , and are not obligated to assist you in any way, may lie to you directly or by omission, or just trump up retarded accusations. The Rabbit hole you are about to go down is twisted , and very long so keep your eyes and ears open, accept your losses when prudent, and prepare to change your mind about those you trusted. BTW tell any officer that " You do not trust Them" , and that "they will NOT at any time construe, or construct a TRUST with you or your name". They will be on the radio to their supervisor pronto, and the reactions will blow you away. If they present a document with your name or likeness when you have explicitly denied them permission to do so is fraud after the fact , and an Unlawful conversion and they know all about that.

The County Sheriff gives the USFS their authority. I saw both vehicles in the video, so, as wrong as the ticket subject matter was, the authority was there.
