    One challenge that most dowsers have is that whenever other people are closely involved with the dowsing process then they also mix their energies with the dowser, the one who is dowsing. The human heart radiates an powerful energy field several several feet radius around the human body. The human aura does as well. Many more factors involved that can and often does affect dowsing. Many researchers, scientist and others suspected that is how diseases, negative emotions and other abnormalities can more easily spread among people, especially those who remain in a close net group.
    Unless the dowser has recently completed a deep meditation for her or his near future dowsing adventure and/or she or he is already very tuned into and understanding of all the known and unknown energies concerning their reality as a whole, then they may not do well as a dowser. Grounding yourself is a great way to do that even if you're not a dowser.

    There are two trains of thought in dowsing. One is that it is all metaphysical, the other is that it is scientific. I tend to believe from my experiences it is a combination of both. Gold and all metals interrupt a metal detectors signal....dowsing done correctly does the same thing. The electrical current that runs our heart and brain is also interracting with the metal rods which can react to circuit interference. In this test I can see that all the other metals in the cases could give a false signal or interference. A metal detector gives off a different signal for each metal.....dowsing relies entirely on the mind intrepreting the signal not a computer. They should have placed the boxes much further apart to prevent interference and if you want a real good signal dowsing.....don't insulate yourself from the ground go barefoot!

    Its amazing that even after being told that he was right only 33% of the time his positive bias wanted him to conclude that it means it works instead of his negative bias telling him that he was wrong 66% of the time.
    Imagine if your gold pan only worked 33% of the time. Would you use it?

    • @koltoncrane3099
      @koltoncrane3099 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      A gold pan doesn’t always work either as you can still lose gold or if there’s none there you won’t find any. Another question though is even if it only works 33% of the time wouldn’t you rather dig three holes and find a nugget rather than pan for small gold?

    The mind is also a natural dowsing rod. I'm a pendulum dowser for years and have successfully utilized this skill for many things.
    Me grandfather, Pat Patterson, was a witcher aka dowser for water wells. He did that for free and located many wells for people. Even though he and me grandmother was raising four children in a one bedroom house. He constructed a barn/bedrooms to the house, he painted a 50 gallon barrel put it on the roof to heat water for the bath tub.
    He hunted and fished for food. I suspect that he mind dowsed for hunting, especially whenever he went fishing because he always knew where to cast the fishing rod for the best fish. He had me cast in three different areas and I always either had a very good hit or caught a nice size fish.

    I have to repeat what I said already- let's do this study professionally. Have multiple dowswers from multiple locations with different careers, I mean if we're gonna test this outright that it does or does not exist, do a detailed experiment that is verifiable and repeatable. Can I explain why it works for water but gold is mediocre? No. I used to dowse, had good luck with water, but sometimes it found me gold in places that, under ordinary circumstances, I would have never thought would have any. OTH, when I was in an area that definitely had gold, my accuracy took a shot in the foot. If you read the Holy Bible, it talks of (Jacob, IIRC) that found water by dowsing. Yet, if you use the technique to find riches, well, I'll let you read the Bible and decide what to believe.

    All gold dowsers do this in nature, no "boxes" involved. It's just like metal detecting, however there is never any plastic box to interfere with the frequency given off by the natural element of gold, so it's a wash or "skewed results". Do it with just nuggets in the ground mixed with your iron or steel targets. Bring in Mr. Steve Pomrenke, he also can afford to put up $50k and he's also a long time dowser.

    I mine for a grouchy old man in northwestern alaska that has been dowsing for gold for 35 years, it does work. Seen it first hand, but you guys are doin it wrong. The way your holding the rods is all wrong and you are not actullay picking up the gold, the rods are picking up the heavys, the magnatite, black sands etc.. essentially you are using the natural electrical current of your body to create a electromagnet using the rods that will pull the rods toward each other when you pass over the pay dirt. Like I said it doesnt pick up on the gold itself, just the heavys. Seen it pick up 2 feet of paydirt the oldtimers left 40 feet deep. Shits real

    Loved the video ! But Re.: the Final 30 seconds of your video : Regarding the "challenge". Eg.: the $$ to "prove it", etc..... To be the "devil's advocate", I can tell you why the dowsing crowd would not take you up on your offer to "prove it": Even despite all-the incentives being offered. It's simple: Because the mere fact that unbelievers are present, will cause the results to be skewed. There's some sort of 'mental vibe' that skews the results. Sounds sort of ... uh ... "mystical" (supernatural, etc...) if you ask me. Despite that they claim it's totally scientific & physically explained, Eh ?
    Or perhaps you non-dowsers will have "magnets in your pockets" that cause the result to be skewed. Or perhaps this is a day when "sun spots" or "lunar flares" are happening. Tsk tsk. The fall-back list of excuses are ENDLESS. So you will NEVER be able to get the dowse-faithful crowd to admit to or acknowledge their failure to show results. There will ALWAYS be a fall-back excuse they can retreat to. And no matter HOW many preventative measures (double-blind protocols) you put in, they can find loopholes and outs where it *still* wasn't fair, or a corruption *could* have been inserted, etc.....
