Hey i know i might not get an answer But how long does it take to like the store to replace the keyboard pannel and to clean it from dust and dirt? Its been 5 days and i havenr heard from them at all. I mean the video is short and simple so idk why it takes them so long. I mean... I realize im not the only one Who sended them something to repair But waiting a 5 days and dont hear from them?

I don't know where are you from, I got your question, actually if you need to clean laptop maximum time 1.30 hour totally need without removed LCD panel and it's no need to clean, i don't know which location you provide your laptop. if 5 days need to clean it,s very long time and to much time ASUS not provide. or maybe they are to much busy work pressue then long time gone. i think you contant with them or your device had warrenty then you complain to direct ASUS. i hope you got it my ans. thanks
