Yes, I watched most of the videos on your channel. I really like such detailed cleaning of the equipment, it's nice to see how the equipment works like new afterwards. Recently I checked the condition of the thermal pastes in my PC equipment. And I had a small problem on the graphics card, the paste burned on the core, I don't know how to remove it or if it will damage the graphics card more (I managed to remove most of it but 3 small dots remained on the core and I didn't want to scratch the cooler). In addition, the original thermal pad that was on the VRAM 4,5,6 chips near the small resistors spilled out. I don't know how to remove it, I don't have anywhere to buy isopropyl alcohol. I wiped it off as much as I could and removed dust from the entire graphics card (most of it was under the backplate). The processor still had the paste so a small problem, I replaced it and that's it. I also wanted to ask if You could advise me what I could use to save the audio panel? All settings in the panel jump/change on their own without pressing any keys, I thought about trying this contact cleaner but I don't know which one would be suitable for this (PCB board with small micro buttons). The service stated that the main audio controller in the panel was damaged (only strangely something different jumps every time). After replacing the thermal pastes and thermal pads, the PC is alive and well. Thank You in advance for reading and I'm waiting for more videos on cleaning the equipment.
Hello my friend and thanks for your comment. You can use any kind of electronic contact cleaner. They are super cheap and easy to find. Just buy one and take it easy and use it to clean your board. The important point in using this spray, it that when you want to turn it on, make sure the board is completely dry and never use this spray while the board is connected to the power. Even you need to make sure that the capacitors are discharged. And about those dots on the chipset, I think that maybe they are caused by the heatsink. Take a closer look to the heatsink and maybe you'll find some dots on it which reflecting on the chipset surface. Anyways, I hope to see you in the future projects.
Didn't the CPU have deformities? This usually means the CPU package had a failure (shortcut) or died from overheating. Or was that something to refer to the pattern dry thermal paste left? How does a TUF with these specs end up for $50 as parts/dead if the only issue it had is DC jack too?
@@RestorationDivision yes., for one, the fear to use the contact cleaner on the pcb. i do use esd devices to clean and a little of direct cleaning when is needed. Thanks you my friend. I hope to see you in future projects. And about your problem I think there is not too much to do with that. Try to search to find a way and if those didn't work, I think you can install a new windows (mind the data and information on your disk). I hope you can fix it.
First, you can use the thermal paste on those chips, you need to make sure to use right amount of paste so that creates a good bounding between the heatsink & the chip surface. Second, if you like to use thermal pads, you need to use a bit thicker, because the thinner ones, will not fill the gap between the chip surface & the heatsink.

@@mavi19911993 Depends on what is available in your local market. But I suggest to use a bit thicker. Because the free gap between the chipset surface and the heatsink must be filled.
