- Saw a comment in my other video about how I should try sprinting down the Singapore F1 track.
Obviously, I had to do it.
Before that, I've been meaning to pick up some new cycling gear from the Specialized store here in Singapore. Montreal's full F1 Track is rideable year-round!! It's a nice 4km lap with smooth tarmac - very popular training grounds for local cyclists

I really wanted to, but I actually didn't buy tickets to watch F1 bc I'm trying to be responsible with my finances now that I have my own startup 🥹 I still haven't seen a Singapore race in-person myself, but I will one day!!!

I. Have so many jerseys one morning before I went out I was looking at over 15 jerseys and several pairs of shorts, the room was a mess.
I realised I had turned into my daughter I just had nothing to wear. 😊😊😊

I bought one roughly the same time you bought yours and I love mine....Have you run another 21 kilometre run again since your first one along East Coast? I love running up there in Singapore however, I will say it gets very hot up there. I hope to get up there before Christmas unfortunately with out my Specialized Tarmac but with my Hoka's so I can run.....All the best Sherry and stay safe on the road.

@@sherrybyw I have a slightly smaller heart, so I have a max above 220. On the other hand, the active sg watch would not shut up because any time I exert myself, like running up the stairs, my heart rate goes to 180.
It probably shouldn't do that anyway since my resting hr is only like 48-62.
I turned the hr alarm on the Garmin because my father set a 185 limit and during the whole 10km run my HR was above 190.
Honestly it probably doesn't give that much of an advantage.
And honestly, I have never even averaged near 40 before on any segment.

You don't have to book anything! I just went by and the staff members setting up said it was still oepn. If you want to visit, you should probably go soon before the race actually happens :)
But otherwise, the F1 track is also generally just open any other day of the year as well haha. It'll just be withou the bleachers and lights!
