Assuming I heard you right, I am very happy to find out that I can still get breakfast and take my time getting off the ship.
I have a 24 day cruise coming up with 16 port stops, many of the shore days are longer than average. I'm not a big drinker anyway, and I've skipped the drinks package this time. On my San Diego to Hawaii cruise we had 5 sea days each way, and the package made sense for that cruise.
I learned my lesson! I bought a kerastse hair product…140 on the valiant lady. 46 direct from the company. I actually wondered if it was mispriced and thought about calling-until I watched your video🤣🤦🏽♀️
There is a morgue on board ships. Some cruise lines don't include a lot in your beverage package. Cruise Lines don't upgrade much anymore. Some ports I take shore excursions from the cruise line. Some places could walk around and get back to the ship. Don't drink enough to make it worth while. Depends on what is included. Like specialty coffees too. Once you locate your bag which may not be where it was supposed to be.
You might consider covering washing laundry. I have done this about three times on different ships. I have yet to achieve a level where it is done for us. Doing it yourself is time consuming and can be expensive. Maybe also cover the various children"s and teen activities. We've experienced many of the same issues, positive and negative. Consider going on an Alaskan cruise. Love your suggestions and tips.
I would add to Book with a good Travel Advisor who can help you choose the best cruise for you. Plus, they are a one stop for your whole trip and they a lot of times might have discounts or offers that you can not get by booking yourself. In addition to helping you in time when Murphy's Law is happing on your trip. If flying to the port I tell my clints it is best to fly to the port 1-2 days early and posable a day after words. Since, you do not want to have your return flight leaving before 1200 or better yet 1300. If the ports are in foreign cities I would even suggest booking a days to sight see before and after the cruise.
Another item that new cruisers may not know is that you often have to clear customs on disembarkation. Depending on your citizenship, this can be a very lengthy and stressful process, particularly if you have an early flight to catch.
You are not correct about full medical teams. The services are limited. Private shore excursions cone with a risk of not getting back to the ship and getting left behind.
The "good deals" are disappearing as most cruises are filling up now months in advance. And another reason why they're becoming ridiculously expensive.
Ive never seen post from you before i was just about to send this to my brother thats about to cruise for his 1st time but this is not sonething ppl want to know about a morge on the ship .. well i know he wouldnt .. great way to ruin a viewer😢
