TIP: before I start sewing with jelly rolls or honey buns, I open them up and throw them in the dryer. I let them spin 10 or 15 minutes check the filter, clean it if needed and spin them another five or 10 minutes. They come out perfect, no tangles no matting. Thank you Betsy Chutchian for the idea.
I use to use lint rollers too but they never seemed to remove all of the lint to my satisfaction. Then I read what Betsy Chutchian does and decided to give it a try. The dryer produces much better results in my opinion.
Oh so hard to choose just one beautiful quilt! If I must choose one, I love the Caramel Quilt. I love flowers and especially like the Gingham Cottage jelly roll that was used to make it. The colors are so bright and happy. I think I will have to make all the quilts in the book, so I better get busy.

I learn so much from you, Kimberly, every time I watch your videos. I am a retired teacher that discovered quilting two years ago and have decided to make each of my 7 grandchildren a quilt when they graduate high school. I loved all the quilts but especially the Brioche pattern and have decided that one will be perfect for my granddaughter Sophie. It’s what made me want the book before even knowing what else was in it. Love it! I really enjoy when you show the completed quilts on the livestream. When seeing a picture, it’s intriguing, but seeing it completed really helps inspire and encourage! I also love how it allows for a moment to appreciate all the people involved in making the quilts. There are some really cute quilts in this book. I do see a lot of possibilities with these designs. If I were to choose a favorite I would choose Bakewell. I love the hearts and it would make a great baby quilt.
I loved this trunk show featuring the book's quilts! I was very engaged in seeing and hearing about all the beginner friendly patterns as well as all the yardage requirements which will allow me to put together a gift for a friend. I particularly appreciated the intermission- where I could see the whole quilts too ; which made it a little easier to choose a favorite😅. I think PRETZEL is the one for me. I will be doing the sampler so along ... So excitrd!

Love the book. I’ve loved it since I saw Pat Sloan showing it. She Shows a lot of fat quarter shop merchandise and does a good job of going through your boxes and getting excited and happy and actually using them. So I will order that book and since you show me the quilts in the live stream it makes me even more excited. I want to share it with my sister, who is just a beginner, Quilter and gift her with a jelly roll to get started.

My favorite is Baklava followed by the sampler quilt pattern. I love the simplicity of only needing one jelly roll and background fabric. Thank you so much for this trunk show and live stream showing how to deal with those pinked edges on a jelly roll.

My favorite quilt from the Simply Jelly Roll book is Focaccia. Simply, I’m ordering the book for myself and if I win, I will give it to my sister Christine in Arizona Who is just beginning quilting. I am an intermediate to advanced Quilter since I have been quilting for 60 years. My sister is just starting And I want to encourage her. I will use the book to make lots of charity quilts for newborns, battered women, shelters, hospice house, and the foster kids. Our guild, is very active in all of that Here in Kansas. Yes. No heat, just air. As many times, 10 to 15 minutes, as you need to. Some jelly rolls have more lint than others.

My favorite is Baklava followed by the sampler quilt pattern. I love the simplicity of only needing one jelly roll and background fabric. Thank you so much for this trunk show and live stream showing how to deal with those pinked edges on a jelly roll.
This is one of the best It's Sew Emma books! Every quilt is a hit, but if I have to pick a favorite I will say Pretzel.
So just got to watch the livestream as I worked all weekend but how beautiful these quilts are! I am drawn to Bakewell as well as Cornbread. The sampler is also beautiful and I love Camille Roskelley fabric. They are always so happy and soothing. I look forward to trying these. I have a bunch of jelly rolls that need a quilt home. Thanks for the fun livestream!

I love the pumpernickel! 9 patch never disappoints and is so versatile! Scones is fabulous, made so cool by the dense quilting! After watching you make that block though I love that block🥰

My favorite quilt from the Simply Jelly Roll book is Focaccia. Simply, I’m ordering the book for myself and if I win, I will give it to my sister Christine in Arizona Who is just beginning quilting. I am an intermediate to advanced Quilter since I have been quilting for 60 years. My sister is just starting And I want to encourage her. I will use the book to make lots of charity quilts for newborns, battered women, shelters, hospice house, and the foster kids. Our guild, is very active in all of that Here in Kansas. I encourage our local Fabric stores to carry the fabrics you promote because they’re so cheerful and happy and you choose beautiful fabrics for your patterns.
