I not sure about Hawaii, but in the lower 48 I believe that as long as it does not exceed 26,001 lbs. Gross vehicle weight you do not need a cdl. That bed pretty much limits the weight it can haul, but if he wants to set it up with a trailer he'll have to make sure it doesn't push the GVWR over 26,001 lbs.
Dude what’s the latest on pugly? I watched all the pugly videos in one evening & the video on how you started your business. Don’t leave me hanging mate, I’m watching this in australia
Loving how this big boy turned out! As for a rear bumper: maybe just find a front bumper off another rig and paint/wrap it to match? Probably easier to mod brackets than it is to cut & weld a new bumper together.
Didn't see the start of this project, you've made a great job of it, I will look back and see if I can catch up with the build, does the Ford still retain its cab suspension.
To each is own but wtf i sopose its like top kick cab over and you can carry stuff in the bed are you still going to have a fith wheel ? To be honest i like it as much as i hate it i love the truck the bed would be handy and it realy is as dumb as i thought and i dont even like the top kicks id go with flat bed hell i normaly hate a pick up bed on pick up i run all flat bed first thing i do when i get a new truck is take the bed off
My goal is to buy a cabover now and doing the same thing. Thanks for posting, all my vehicles are unique and this is what you call a real truck!!!!
Good fun. Looking forward to the next video!
Saw it today, had to stop and get some pictures! So wicked
Very nice 👍
I love this project. It’s looking good! Good call on making the bed panels removable.
Looks great. Can’t wait to see the final touches.
Sweet.
Those small 110 welders are perfect for body welding
Nice
As someone who drove cabovers you will get tired of crawling in and out of that fucking rattle box LOL!!!
It’s looking awesome
I can’t wait to see the drop visor and chrome bumper and the LEDs
Sweet! Will you ever be at kenly 95
Wow!
looking GOOD
Can you daily drive a semi like this without a cdl? If so I have to do this

You had two latches, why do you need to buy another? Cool truck though, will it have back seats or a bunk?
Cool I like! What size motor?
@@gabrielexplores4931 cool
Hope this isn’t the last of it …. Hoping for more!
if you could get the body lines to match it would look like it came from the factory, totally awesome build.

You could just make a nice pipe or plate bumper

The more I look at it the more it looks like a huge ass version one of those tiny little kei pickups :V
