Thanks for your kind words Be Yourself. Yes it’s a set, the tent and the fly. I believe it’s designed for the snow to settle on the lower edges and “seal” in the warmth. I’ve yet to experience that ☃️
Love watching your videos. How do you find all your "wild camping" spots? Are you just winging it or do you use a resource? I'm a newbie but not a fan of huts and wouldn't mind finding some nice quiet spots to camp with my kids.
Both! Sometimes I end up winging it on a trail as I run out of daylight. DOC has campsites all over the country and these can be nice and quiet especially out of season. Thanks for your continued support Aaron 🌲🏕️🌲
