We are HUNGRY to balance out our comfortable screen-based existence. More people need to just do this sort of thing.
We aren’t. No one does it. Summer camping is insanely saturated. Winter camping is something people think they want to do but no one does it. I never have a problem with a good camp site in fall or winter. Always open.

The best part of hot tent camping videos is watching someone drink coffee and look out into the surroundings. I want to drink some coffee looking at some beautiful surroundings.
What I found interesting is that unlike a few other camping duos, you actually prepared some people food for your dog which we all know they enjoy more than just plain dry dog food. That says a lot about you and your feelings and love for your companion.

Been there, Any flat roofed tent won't thake the weight of the snow. Went to sleep more than once with rain a woke to several inches snow . Tent was slanted and didn't colapse. But early fall, trees still were green and the forest sounded like a battlefield , branches breaking with the snow load
