i just put this tape on 30 minutes ago and I am already in love with it -- too bad, all these tapes can't be cleaned up and put it out-- the finished stuff. Songs, songs everywhere - -play any. old one, I don't care...WOW! I think I see a SECOND tape like this here.

It's no problem. I was upset for a minute that you did it without asking. Then I thought, who am I to be upset, when I didn't ask for permission to post the tape in the first place? some of this stuff could have been released and gotten popular -- not all of it, but some of it. It's great hearing Anton develop as a singer and guitarist. Thanks.

BJM was a huge obsession when I was in middle-high school. It's interesting how if you connect with this band you get that way. The first 9 albums are classics ('95 - '03). 2008 was when he released My Bloody Underground which completely took me off guard with the sound. 2012 Aufheben was in my opinion Antons last good album. I lost interest with the band after that veering into other sounds/genres. The albums after Aufheben pretty much sound the same. The 2022 release has I think a couple great tracks on it though.
@@tinyspaceman original rip would still be good to have for the sake of completeness & archival purposes, cleanups are never really remasters because theyre just modifying audio from the cassette and making them further from the original sound
I was friends with Matt H. around this time... Spent a week in S.F. with him and the band. Memorable time.
