I stumbled into Parkour about a decade ago and made an effort for about a year to train before finally realizing that I was probably too old to really perform well. But Parkour did change my view of the world and helped me look at my world in a different way - the way many things we experience in life change our perceptions and views. And actually helped me experience the world at times to my benefit despite my age and inability to excel in the sport. Probably this sort of training should be incorporated into our military.

Really respect Mr. Edwardes' integrity when turning down advertising opportunities - refreshing!

This was a really good video. I really loved the way you explained how we are losing our nature. It's very true. The indigenous peoples of the world can attest to that, and how the western way of life and religion has destroyed and is destroying so much. I do wonder though why so often the core principle of spirirt is not mentioned along with body and mind. That always surprises me. Those 3 aspects come from the Yamakasi, yet the spirit is so often never even mentioned.

People treat and see parkour as a discipline, or a way to stay fit... I don't. This isn't some way to lose weight. This is the most fun thing in the world, and can be used anywhere.

Everyone has there own opinion. Honesty i love it. The beat in the beginning i mess with it.
